    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tunnelling machine used for a cast-in-place lining method capable of ensuring soundness of lining concrete and preventing negative influence thereof on peripheral ground by restraining the fluctuation of placing pressure caused by change in concrete supply and tunnelling speed in a lining concrete placing.SOLUTION: A plurality of end frame jacks 11 each of which has a short jack 23 for pressure control and a long jack 21 for end frame movement connected in series are installed in parallel with each other inside a cylindrical skin plate of a shield tunneling machine. An annular end frame is connected with the long jack 21 and movable with expansion/shrinkage of the long jack 21. The short jack 23 is divided into an adjustment part 41 for adjusting the travel of the end frame jack 11 and a control part 39 for controlling the pressure of the end frame jack 11, and two pistons 43 and 45 provided on a rod 47 are arranged in the control part 39 and the adjustment part 41, respectively.
