摘要： Described herein is a method for producing a quartz glass crucible, including the steps of: preparing a crucible base material that is made of quartz glass and has a crucible shape; producing a synthetic quartz glass material by the direct process or the soot process; processing the synthetic quartz glass material into a crucible shape without pulverizing the synthetic quartz glass material; and welding the synthetic quartz glass material processed into the crucible shape to the inner surface of the crucible base material. As a result, there are provided a quartz glass crucible that avoids generation of dislocation in a silicon single crystal, the generation of dislocation caused by the crucible itself, at the time of production of a silicon single crystal and has high heat resistance, a method for producing the quartz glass crucible, and a method for producing a silicon single crystal, the method using such a quartz glass crucible.

The semiconductor device is provided with a conductive connection member that contacts both the first terminal and the first electrode.

摘要： A nonwoven sheet for use in absorbent articles such as disposable diapers which is capable of reducing the range of surface diffusion of, and reducing re-adhesion to the skin of, highly viscous fluid excretion. The nonwoven sheet has mutually perpendicular longitudinal, transverse and thickness directions, and has in the aforementioned thickness direction a front surface and a back surface opposite thereof. Ridges and grooves are formed alternately so as to extend in parallel in the aforementioned longitudinal direction and so as to form repeated undulations in the aforementioned transverse direction. The nonwoven sheet has a bottom surface which, when the aforementioned nonwoven sheet is placed on a horizontal surface with the back surface (opposite of the front surface in contact with the skin of the wearer) down, is the surface that contacts the aforementioned horizontal surface. On the back surface of the aforementioned grooves are formed in the aforementioned longitudinal direction alternately areas where the height from the bottom surface is relatively high and parts corresponding to the bottom surface. Openings are formed at least in the areas where the height from the bottom surface is relatively high, and a space is provided below said openings.

摘要： A hybrid vehicle includes an electric steplessly speed changing unit, an engaging device, and an electronic control unit. The electric steplessly speed changing unit includes a differential mechanism including a first rotary element to which an engine is coupled, a second rotary element to which a first rotary machine is coupled, and a third rotary element as an output rotary member of the differential mechanism to which a second rotary machine is coupled. Differential operation of the electric steplessly speed changing unit is controlled by controlling operation of the first rotary machine. The engaging device is provided in a power transmission path between the third rotary element and drive wheels. In control of the hybrid vehicle, when at least one of the first rotary machine and the second rotary machine is operated with a predetermined positive or negative maximum torque, the electronic control unit controls a slip amount of the engaging device by changing the torque capacity of the engaging device.
