The proposed combination comprises a connecting rod and a piston. The upper head of the connecting rod is shaped like a spherical bowl with cut-off edges along the width of the connecting rod, and contains a through oil canal extending from the lower to the upper head. A wide partition, disposed inside the piston, comprises a semi-spherical cavity with lateral lobe-shaped walls at the ends of the cavity on one side of the partition, and a central opening to receive the connecting rod, said opening being disposed from the spherical cavity to the side of the piston skirt. The spherical bowl of the connecting rod is disposed in the semi-spherical cavity of the piston.
