    • A latch operating mechanism (200) for a cabin door (110) is provided. The mechanism (200) includes a lever member (202), a tubular housing member (204) and an elongated member (206). The tubular housing member (204) is coupled to the lever member (202) and has an axially extending cavity (205). The tubular housing member (204) is adapted to be coupled to the cabin door (110) and has an opening (215) formed therein through which the lever member (202) is disposed. The lever member (202) is hingedly coupled to the housing member (204) along a hinge axis and is extended outwardly from the cavity (205). The elongated member (206) is positioned substantially within the axially extending cavity (205) and coupled to the lever member (202) and a latch (120). The elongated member (206) is axially movable between an extended position and a retracted position, and being biased in its extended position.

    • The invention refers to a door locking device (5) for manually/physically locking a vehicle door (3) from inside a vehicle (1), especially a cab door of a truck, comprising a housing (7) including locking members (8,9) movable between an unlocked position and a locked position. The invention is achieved by that a first lever arm (8) is partly rotatable connected to the housing (7) and a second lever arm (9) is partly rotatable connected to the other end of the first lever arms (8). A first spring (15) is striving to keep the first lever arm (8) onto or in the housing (7) and a second spring (16) is striving to keep the second lever arm (9) against or in level with the first lever arm (8) and/or in the housing (7). The second lever arm (9) is provided with a recess (10) by which the first and second lever arms (8,9) may be pulled out, operated, from their folded position on/in the housing (7) and/or door (3), by the user/driver, and hooked on/around a rigid locking element /handle (11).
