摘要： About 80 - 150 Kgs of all types of waste plastics are shredded, fine powdered and added to 1000 Kgs of the standard Bitumen of its weight recommended for the road engineering. As a process the plastics are shredded, fine powdered, sieved and heated to 200°C in a specially designed digestor in-builted with a high speed gear box is agitated for one hour. To this 30 Kgs of combined form of Hydrogenated and polymerized Pongamia glabra oil and pyrolysised rubber oil which provide polymer cross link bondage can be used as a catalyst cum stabilizer is added. Further 50 kgs of special binder grade tar pitch is added and the agitator run for 25 minutes at the same temperature and then one MT (1000 kgs) of pre-heated VG 30 or VG 10 grade Bitumen is pumped to the digestor and maintaining the temperature 130°C - 160°C resulting in waste plastic impregnated Bitumen mix.

The hydrogen production section is coupled to a hydrocracker in the crude oil processing section to deliver a high purity hydrogen stream. The Fischer-Tropsch reactor receives a syngas stream from the hydrogen production section and produces a hydrocarbon stream. For example, systems are described that can use feedstock materials, such as cellulosic and/or lignocellulosic materials and/or starchy materials, to produce ethanol, butanol or organic acids (e.g., acetic or lactic acid), salts of organic acids or mixtures thereof. If desired, organic acids can be converted into alcohols, such as by first converting the acid, salt or mixtures of the acid and its salt to an ester, and then hydrogenating the formed ester. Acetogens or homoacetogens which are capable of utilizing a syngas from a thermochemical conversion of coal or biomass can be utilized to produce the desired product.
