摘要： The invention relates to a layer or a three-dimensional shaped body composed of or comprising an organically modified polysiloxane or a derivative thereof wherein some or all of the silicon atoms have been replaced by other metal atoms, where the organic component of the polysiloxane or derivative thereof has an organic network comprising thiol-ene addition products bonded via carbon and/or oxygen to silicon and/or other metal atoms, which are obtainable via a 2- or multiphoton polymerization reaction, where the body has two regions having different primary and/or secondary structures, obtainable by the following method: a) providing a substrate or a mould, b) providing a material selected from metal- and/or semimetal-containing sols, gels and organically modified, polysiloxane-containing materials, where the material provided has free SH groups and isolated C=C double bonds, c) applying or attaching the material provided to the substrate or introducing it into the mould, d) selectively exposing a selected region of material present on the substrate or in the mould with the aid of two- or multiphoton polymerization, e) thermally and/or photochemically treating all the material present on the substrate or in the mould, with the proviso that steps d) and e) can be conducted in any sequence. 摘要： A mixture of at least one polysilane and at least one polycarbosilane is formed in the presence of a metal silicide. The mixture is formed utilizing a method that includes the step of combining the metal silicide and an alkyl halide in a reactor at a temperature of from 200°C to 600°C. The alkyl halide has the formula RX, wherein R is C 1 -C 10 alkyl and X is halo. This method forms high yield mixtures of the at least one polysilane and the at least one polycarbosilane. Additionally, the mixture is time and cost effective and allows the mixture to be formed in a predictable and controlled manner. Moreover, the components used in this method can be easily recycled and/or re-used in other processes.

摘要： The invention relates to a process for producing unmeltable polysilane-polycarbosilane copolymers which are soluble in inert solvents, comprising the steps of providing the product of a disproportionation of a methylchlorodisilane of the composition Si2MenCl6-n in which n = 1 to 4, or of a mixture thereof, wherein the disproportionation was effected with a Lewis base as a catalyst, wherein this product is a chlorinated crude polysilane/oligosilane containing hydrocarbon groups, and thermally postcrosslinking the crude polysilane/oligosilane to a polysilane-polycarbosilane copolymer, characterized in that the chlorine content of the polysilane-polycarbosilane copolymer is lowered by reacting the crude polysilane/oligosilane with a substitution agent by which chlorine bound therein is replaced by a chlorine-free substituent. Using this process, it is possible to produce green fibers and low-oxygen/oxygen-free ceramic fibers with a very low chlorine content.
