    • An exemplary system for manufacturing a decorated polycarbonate sheet can include a mold (102, 202), which has a surface (104, 204) and a three-dimensional pattern (106, 206) formed on the surface (104, 204), such that the three-dimensional pattern (106, 206) resembles a machined metal surface. A substrate (118, 218) can be configured to contact a curable photopolymer (120, 220), such that the curable photopolymer (120, 220) forms a curable layup (122, 222) disposed between the substrate (118, 218) and the mold (102, 202). A light source can be configured to cure the curable layup (122, 222) so as to form a cured layup (128, 228). The mold (102, 202) can be configured to be separated from the cured layup (128, 228), and the cured layup (128, 228) can have a decorative surface texture (108, 208) corresponding with the three-dimensional pattern (106, 206), such that the decorative surface finish mirrors the three-dimensional pattern (106, 206) resembling the machined metal surface.

    • An entrance floor system is provided. The entrance floor system includes a base mat and a plate. The base mat has opposing bottom and top surfaces. The bottom surface of the base mat is configured to rest on a floor surface. The plate has opposing bottom and top surfaces. The bottom surface of the plate is configured to rest on the top surface of the base mat. The top surface of the plate has a border region and a non-border region. The non-border region is substantially parallel with the bottom surface of the plate and the non-border region has a pattern machined therein. The pattern includes a plurality of slots. At least one slot is configured to receive fluid and debris. The top surface of the plate in the border region includes a transition from the floor surface to the non-border region of the top surface of the plate.
