摘要： A method of assembling spokes into a non-pneumatic tire (10) is provided in which a shear band (16) is located outward from a hub (12) in a radial direction. A segment (20) is present that has a plurality of spokes (22), and both inner and outer radial bonding ends (24, 26). The plurality of spokes (22) engage both of these bonding ends (24, 26). The outer radial bonding end (24) is attached to the shear band (16) using adhesive (28), and the inner radial bonding end (26) is attached to the hub (12) using adhesive (28). This segment (20) extends less than 360 degrees about the central axis (14) in a circumferential direction.

摘要： A vehicle wheel comprises a support disc (1) and a tyre (2) fixedly mounted on the disc (1). The tyre (2) is fixedly connected with the disc (1). The disc (1) comprises fixing holes (3) for fixing the wheel on the vehicle axle. The tyre (2) has the form of a disc body (4) of flexible material having a symmetry axis coincident with the wheel rotation axis and contains a working portion in the form of a tread (5). The body (4) has the form of a circular disc, with an outer peripheral edge (6) of which a hollow flange (15) of flexible material is connected. The flange (15) comprises inside a hollow space bounded by the bottom in the form of the support disc (1). On the periphery of the tyre body (4) peripheral cushioning channels (7) are located. The flange (15) comprising the outer tread (5) is convergent from the peripheral edge (6) of the body (4) towards the vehicle wheel rotation axis (A). Therefore, the outer diameter of the tyre circumference measured in the body (4) area is bigger than the diameter of the flange (15) measured in the area of the free edge of the flange (15).

摘要： Tyre consisting of a beadwire-free air tyre (4) containing a reinforcing ply (7) and a rim (3) the edges (8, 10) of which are connected to one another solely by glueing. The part of the tyre edge (8) containing the reinforcement ply is glued to the latter only on one side of the rim. The rim edge (10) has an undercut (28) whereat the tyre edge (8) comprises an annular reinforcement (29). A principal connection area (23, 27) is provided in the undercut or outside and adjacent to it. In the principal connection area, at no point (24) is the tangential angle to the axis (1) smaller than in each point which lies closer to the sidewall (6) of the tyre and than the angle (20) at which the tyre sidewall (6) runs clear of the rim in all normal loading conditions. Furthermore a process is proposed for producing such a tyre unit.
