摘要： Assembly for shutting off a pipe mouth, comprising: a mouthpiece (10) which is open at both ends, for connection to the pipe mouth; a stopper (14) for shutting off one end of the mouthpiece (10), which stopper has an axially projecting part (16) which is intended for insertion into the mouthpiece (10); and a lock (20) which is placed by a key (22) in a locked and a released position, in the locked position the stopper (14) on the mouthpiece (10) being securely connected to the mouthpiece and the key being freely movable into and out of the lock, and in the released position the stopper (14) being freely movable relative to the mouthpiece (10) and the key being securely connected to the lock. The lock (20) is integral with the stopper (14) of which the projecting part (16) comprises: a locking plate (24) whose movement is coupled to that of the key (22) and in the locked position of the lock (20), when the stopper (14) is on the corresponding mouthpiece (10), is in engagement with the mouthpiece (10) for mechanical locking of the stopper on the mouthpiece; and a locking pin (48, 50) which in the released position of the lock blocks the locking plate (24) when the stopper (14) is off the mouthpiece (10), and releases the locking plate (24) when the stopper (14) is on the corresponding mouthpiece. The mouthpiece (10) and the stopper (14) are provided with interacting magnetic elements, of which a first is securely fixed to the mouthpiece (10), and a second is coupled to the locking pin (48, 50) for the operation thereof.

摘要： A hatch in road or rail tanker (2) includes a hatch cover (7) mounted in a flange (8) of a compartment manhole (9). In order to prevent leaks from the hatch cover (7), a band (13) is welded to the top of the tank (2) around compartment manhole (9). The band (13) includes an outwardly concave flange (14) providing a groove for receiving a hatch sealing device (15). The hatch sealing device (15) includes a generally cylindrical rubber cylinder having an open end and a closed end closed by a seal membrane, also of rubber. Around the inside of the rim forming open end there is provided an internally extending lip shaped to fit into concave flange (14). Around the outside of the cylinder is provided a split ring of metal, the ends of which are drawn together in order to radially compress the cylinder and thus seal it around the flange (14).
