    • An arrangement (108) for producing biofuel of biomass (108a) by thermochemical treatment of said biomass comprises a first processing environment (1101) with first elevated temperature for heating said biomass in order to eliminate biological activity of said biomass and produce first type biofuel, and a second processing environment (1102) with second elevated temperature being higher that said first elevated temperature for additionally heating said biomass in order to produce second type biofuel. The first processing environment receives the biomass and transfers (1105) it through said first processing environment during a first time period. The second processing environment is coupled with said first environment via a coupling means (1113), and comprises transferring means (1107) for transferring said biomass through said second processing environment during a second time period to second output means (1108). The arrangement is configured to procude both first and second types of dry biofuel, where the first one, as bedding, is outputted (1111) between the first and second environments, and the second one, a coal, is outputted (1108) after the second environment.

    • Ecologically friendly and organically composed fuel products (12, 14) and fire starters (13) are presented. The composition of products and starters includes, but is not limited to: 58 to 60 percent decomposed straw (18), 38 percent horse or cow manure (20), and optionally, two percent hay (22) mixture from various blends used as feed, and two percent straw dust (243) from material pounded on by animals. During a formation process (10) the composition is subjected to a number of steps with the end product being a hydraulically compressed fuel log, brick, ball, block, briquette, blank, pellet, and the like, dried to a less than 10 per cent moisture content. While the process (10) is applicable to formation of organic fuel products and fire starters, other ingredients may be used to produce other types of fuel products, both organic and inorganic, including wood chips, other kinds of animal manure.

    • 본 발명은 가축 분뇨를 이용한 고농도 바이오가스 발생 및 발효 잔존물의 친환경 처리 시스템으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 축산 분뇨를 혐기성 발효시켜 발생된 고온의 메탄을 이용하여 전기를 생산하고, 발효되고 남은 소화액은 고액분리없이 전량을 슬러지화하여 비료로 사용할 수 있는 고칼로리의 숯을 생산하는 시스템에 관한 것이다. 이를 위하여, 분뇨 투입부와, 상기 분뇨 투입부로 투입된 분뇨를 예열시키는 예열부와, 예열된 분뇨를 저장하는 탱크를 격벽으로 분실하고 분뇨가 순환이동하면서 고온발효되도록 하는 고온 발효부와, 분뇨 발효시 생성되는 수증기는 액화시켜서 제거하고, 황화수소는 탈황시키는 수분제거 및 탈황부와, 메탄과 이산화탄소의 가스를 포집하여 저장하는 가스 저장부와, 메탄 가스를 연소시켜 전기를 발전하는 전기 발전부와, 오버플로우되는 소화액을 저장하는 소화액 저장부와, 소화액 슬러지로 처리하는 소화액 슬러지부와, 상기 소화액 슬러지를 탄화시켜서 고칼로리의 숯과 퇴비를 생산하는 탄화부와, 전기를 발전시키고 남은 폐열을 이용하는 보일러 난방장치가 포함되어 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
