摘要： Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von Wollastonit-haltigem Klinker, wobei man ein Ausgangsmaterial bereitstellt, welches Quellen für SiO 2 und CaO enthält, und das zumindest 20 Gew.-% Neben- und Abfallprodukte enthält, aus dem Ausgangsmaterial durch Mahlen oder Granulieren und/oder Mischen und/oder Homogenisieren ein Rohmehl erzeugt, das Rohmehl in einem Drehrohrofen bei Temperaturen von 900 bis 1500 °C zu einem mindestens 40 Gew.-% Wollastonit und/oder Para-Wollastonit enthaltenden Klinker sintert, und den Klinker kühlt. Die Brennstoffenergie kann teilweise oder ganz durch alternative Brennstoffe zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Die Erfindung betrifft außerdem einen Wollastonit-Kompositzement, der Wollastonit und anorganischen Mineralstoffe enthält.

These cement compositions may include a pozzolanic material and an activator based on a salt of glycolic acid, glyceric acid, malic acid, tartaric acid, malonic acid, glutaric acid, maleic acid, formic acid, acetic acid, propionic acid, or butyric acid, a retarder based on hepto- gluconates, sulfate salts, sugars, sugar acids, lignins, and/or an accelerator based on amines. The cement compositions may have less than 10% by weight Portland cement. The pozzolanic cement compositions including these activators, accelerators, and retarders can have improved properties such as longer setting time, better slump retention, and improved strength.

摘要： In the present invention a method for producing solid fuel is developed. According to the method, spent shale, ash obtained by high temperature oil shale dismantling process, treated spent shale, ash obtained from direct burning of oil shale, ash obtained from indirect burning of oil shale or any mix of them is used as solid fuel without any additives or with organic and inorganic additives. The ignition temperature of the fuel is higher than 300°C, the speed of air flow in the burning chamber is higher than 5 m/s and oxygen may be added to improve burning efficiency during the burning process. In the present invention, methods for producing clinker, for producing raw material for manufacturing thermal isolation (insulation) materials, for producing raw material for manufacturing brick blocks as construction, for producing raw material for manufacturing pavement blocks and for producing active carbon for purification, filtering, adsorption and absorption of liquids and gases have been developed to improve burning efficiency during the burning process.

摘要： Fibre cement material, which contains organic fibres,is used as an additional raw material for the production of cement clinker. The cement clinker is produced in a system which comprises a cyclone tower (11) and a rotating drum kiln (15). The cyclone tower (11) comprises cyclones (1-5) and a pre-calciner unit (10) wherein fuel is combusted to feed the cyclone tower with heat. The raw clinker meal is passed through the cyclone tower to preheat it. By the combustion of the fuel in the pre- calciner unit (10) a hot zone is produced in the cyclone tower wherein the raw clinker meal is calcined. In order to be able to add larger amounts of the fibre cement material without causing a too high total organic carbon content of the exhaust gasses and/or without causing depositions of organic matter onto the inner walls of the cyclone tower (11), the organic fibre cement material is added in a dry powdered form in said hot zone, in particular in the pre-calciner unit (10) to be heated in less than 5 seconds to a temperature of at least 800°C.
