摘要： The present invention relates to a plant for the purification of waste and/or process water by means of anaerobic microorganisms, wherein the plant comprises: i) a reactor tank for the anaerobic purification of waste and/or process water with at least one feed line for supplying waste and/or process water to be purified into the reactor tank as well as with at least one outflow line for draining a mixture of anaerobic microorganisms, waste and/or process water and gas from the reactor tank, ii) at least a first separation apparatus arranged outside and downstream of the reactor tank for separating at least a part of the anaerobic microorganisms in form of anaerobic granular sludge from the mixture drained from the reactor tank, wherein the first separation apparatus comprises at least one separation stage, an inlet line being connected with at least one of the at least one outflow line of the reactor tank, at least one discharge line and at least one outlet line, and iii) a return line for returning the anaerobic granular sludge separated in the at least the first separation apparatus into the reactor tank, wherein the return line is connected with at least one of the at least one outlet line of the at least first separation apparatus.

摘要： Present invention relates to an efficient process for treating an effluent generated from industry comprising multiple steps carried out in one or other sequence or combinations thereof to produce clean water with zero liquid discharge. The process described herein, comprises steps of adsorptive separation, anaerobic digestion and/or membrane filtration and finally polishing by using micro filtration or ultra-filtration or nanofiltration or reverse osmosis or combination thereof. The process provides significant reduction of COD, BOD, TDS, colour and odour of effluent thereby generating clean water which can be used for agriculture, domestic and industrial purposes. The recovered organic compounds may be used as energy rich feedstock for generation of energy, fuel and value addition applications etc.

摘要： Disclosed is a biogas facility and a sand washer for separating sand or other decomposable material from batches of biomass, while minimising the contamination of the biomass. The sand washer comprises a tank having at least one biomass inlet and at least one reject outlet. The tank has a receiving section placed above and connected to a sediment section. The se section has a sediment side walls extending from an aperture to a trough. The trough extends from a lower most part of the sediment section along a linear trough line. The trough line intersects a gravitation vector at a conveyor angle. The sand washer has sediment transporting means in the trough and a trough outlet for removal of washed sand.

摘要： The invention relates to a method for thermal digestion of pumpable biomass, such as sewage sludge. The method comprises the steps of supplying fresh biomass, preheating the supplied fresh biomass, hydrolyzing the preheated biomass, cooling the hydrolyzed biomass and discharging the cooled biomass. The supplied biomass is preheated here in that at least a part of the supplied biomass is mixed with at least a part of the hydrolyzed biomass. Additionally the hydrolyzed biomass can be separated at high temperature, so substantially immediately after the hydrolysis, into a solid fraction and a liquid fraction, in particular by centrifugation. The mixture formed during the preheating can optionally be separated again into preheated, fresh biomass and partially cooled, hydrolyzed biomass. The invention further relates to an installation for performing this method.
