    • The invention is directed to a device adapted for wastewater treatment, said wastewater comprising at least one sort of micropollutant. Said device comprises a column 2 and a backwashing system in fluid connection with said column. The column comprises an inlet 4 and an outlet 6, said inlet being upstream to said outlet. The column also comprises a zone which comprises bacteriologically activated carbon 8 which is downstream to said inlet, said zone being divided in subzones A, B and C. In addition, the column comprises a backwashing space 10, being downstream to said zone comprising bacteriologically activated carbon. Said device is remarkable in that the bacteriologically activated carbon of subzone A comprises starving micro-organisms, the bacteriologically activated carbon of subzone B comprises micro-organisms fed through a first feeding system 14 and the bacteriologically activated carbon of subzone C comprises micro-organisms fed through a second feeding system 16.

    • The system consists of a rotting sedimentation tank (1) with a particulate solids filter, a distribution well (2), an exposed reservoir (4) with drainage of PVC pipes and insulation of PVC foil, and an inspection well (12) at the reservoir outlet (4). The reservoir (4) is filled with layers of gravel and sand, planted with hydrophilic vegetation (10) whose root system penetration area is bigger than 1/3 of the filter bed height. The filter bed is composed of three layers, the bottom layer (9) filled with coarse-grained oval gravel, in which the dispersal drain is laid at 2/3 of the height (5) connected with a single supply pipe (3) to the distribution well (2) and terminated with the ventilation chimney (11), the intermediate layer (8) filled with fine-grained oval gravel, and the top layer (7) filled with sand, in which the collecting drain (6) with an outlet to the inspection well (12) is laid at half of the height. The level of the sewage in the rotting sedimentation tank (1), directed gravitationally to the reservoir (4) through the supply pipe (3), is located below the level of the collecting drain (6). Moreover, the dispersal drain (5) has transverse slots (13) executed on the side part of the drain circuit.

    • The invention regards an apparatus (1) for the purification of unclean water (A), in particular of wastewater and/or polluted water (A), comprising: - at least one container (2), preferably cylindrical, delimiting a reaction chamber (3) arranged to receive a predetermined amount of water (A) to be treated; at least one support (11), preferably at least one free body (11a) not constrained to the apparatus (1), operatively arranged inside the reaction chamber (3) of the container (2) and provided with at least one surface for the formation and/or the proliferation of bacterial colonies in form of films capable of purifying unclean water (A), the support (11) periodically emerging, at least partially, from the water (A) to be treated in order to place the bacterial colonies into contact with the air. The container (2) is movable, in particular rotationally about a predetermined rotation axis (X), for periodically driving the support (11) between an immersed condition, wherein it is totally covered with water (A) to be treated, and an emerged condition, wherein it emerges, at least partially, from the water (A) to be treated.
