    • The plant contains at least a belt type conveyer (30) to transport required fertilizer into the mixing chamber (10) via a crusher (20). Before receiving fertilizer from the conveyer belt (32) to the mixing chamber (10), particles are required to go through a crusher (20) to size fertilizers or to part caked or clotted fertilizer pieces. The main shaft (11) of a mixing arm arranged inside the mixing chamber (10) is coupled to a gear box (13) and a motor (12) to rotate said mixing arm at a desired speed. A spiral type conveyer (40) is also fixed with an opening to the mixing drum (10) to receive fertilizer in powder form to mix with fertilizer inside the drum. A gear box (42) and a motor (41) are coupled to the said spiral type conveyer to control the speed of transportation of fertilizer in to the mixing chamber. The belt type conveyers are operated using the power of the motor (21) coupled to the shaft of the crusher (20) using belts (23). The main shaft of the main roller (31) is connected with two power transmission belts to the main shaft of the crusher (20). Supporting structure (2a) has also been fixed as required. The present fertilizer formation plant and the applicable method is simplified with minimum man power and efficient production rate.
