摘要： An air bath (10) has air outlets (22) extending around the side walls (16) of the water basin (12). Air is delivered to the air outlets through a ring-like air manifold (24) coupled to a blower (26) by conduit (30). The conduit has a bypass vent (80) that siphons off a portion of the air flow otherwise passing to the air outlets and maintains the blower in communication with ambient air. The air delivery system provides a wider range of bubble densities by allowing the blower to operate at lower speeds without overheating or stalling from back pressure arising from the pressure head of the water in the basin.

摘要： A spa bath comprises a bathing area for containing a volume of bathing water, a water outlet coupled to the bathing area, a water inlet in the form of a jet directed into the bathing area, a pump connected between the outlet and inlet via a flow duct, a variable speed electric motor for driving the pump, a filter connected in series with the duct, and a control unit for connecting to a power source, the control unit being arranged in a first mode, to continuously operate the pump motor at a low speed to gently circulate water in the bathing area, in a second mode, to periodically operate the pump motor at a higher speed to agitate water in the bathing area, and in a third mode, to selectively operate the pump motor at a yet higher speed to vigorously pump water into the bathing area. The pump performs the function of 3 pumps and the cost and complexity of the spa bath is significantly reduced. Furthermore, the present invention enables a significant reduction in pipe work and ducting, thereby helping avoid the risk of legionenlla breeding in the pipe work.

A filter is provided to filter the water that flows into the tub enclosure, as well as a heater for heating the water that flows into the tub enclosure. A control valve is adapted to open to allow water to flow through the filter or to close to stop the flow of water through the filter.

摘要： An inflatable float tank for providing a therapeutic sensory deprivation session. The inflatable float tank includes opaque inflatable sidewalls including a drop-stitch material. The drop stitch material includes opposing walls with stitched threads extending at acute angles from one another. When uninflated these internal stitch structures are allowed to collapse and provide substantially foldable and pliable deflated sidewalls as opposed to substantially rigid sidewalls upon inflation. The inflatable float tank is filled with float solution including water and Epsom salt heated to skin temperature so as to provide a highly buoyant float environment with a lack of sensory stimulation. The inflatable float tank exhibiting improved insulation within the tank and ease of assembly. The inflatable float tank and assembly thereof doesn't require rigid support structures such as poles and joints. And, the inflatable float tank is substantially foldable in an uninflated state and is substantially rigid in an inflated state.
