    • The object I am about to present is meant for patients that need bed rest for a short or long period of time, for example: neurological cases with different types of paralysis, patients after surgery for pelvic fractures, broken legs or spinal damage, badly injured patients from the Anesthesia and Intensive Care Unit, patients after general anesthesia, rachianaesthesia for different types of surgery that come with a need for bed rest. This type of multifunctional hospital bed "Doctor Ivanoff' model seems to be unique. The description of the object: the object we are presenting is made of two parts: part B, which is a multifunctional hospital bed "Doctor Ivanoff' model, and part C, which is comprised of interconnected elements: the toilet (20), the grinding and pumping machine "Sanipompa" model (26), the bedpan (9) with the distal end of the flexible hose in the toilet. Thus the patient will not have to open and shut the metallic toilet lid. These interconnected elements are mounted on a wooden board and set in place by screws. Part C is the invention. It is linked to part B and thus the multifunctional hospital bed "Doctor Ivanoff' model is formed. The heating unit is used to rise the temperature around the bed, when it drops below 20 degrees Celsius. The heating unit is mounted on the wooden board as well, near the other elements.

    • Комплекс (1) жизнеобеспечения активного восстановления (варианты) относится к области медицины и может быть использован для выхаживания лежачих тяжелобольных. Комплекс (1) соединен с источником водоснабжения и с канализацией и, или используется автономно. Подвижные боковые ограждения (5), спинки (2) и ложе (4) образуют короб, выстланный подложкой из влагонепроницаемого материала с герметичными переходниками. Имеется модуль с приточно-вытяжной вентиляцией. Переносной смеситель (14) горячей и холодной воды можно снимать, переносить и устанавливать. Дополнительно комплекс (1) может быть снабжен приемным устройством (18) для сбора и утилизации нечистот, причем в ложе (4), матрасе (10) и постельных принадлежностях между пользователем и приемным устройством для сбора имеется сквозное отверстие, а постель выстилают подкладкой, выполненной из влагонепроницаемого материала. Наличие сквозного отверстия и приемного устройства для сбора и утилизации нечистот обеспечивают возможность выполнения акта дефекации и мочеиспускания в постели даже неконтролируемые больным. Технический результат заключается в расширении функциональных возможностей комплекса за счет создания возможности проводить водные санитарно-гигиенические процедуры и обеспечения комфортного выполнения акта дефекации и мочеиспускания в постели даже неконтролируемые больным.

    • The present invention relates to a bathing system for assisted and non-sufficient bedridden patients with the use of an inflatable PVC air tub, universal and suitable for any bed, which allows the bathing by means of a common water dispenser, and characterized by a main inflatable and ergonomic central body, a head rest coplanar to the main body which supports the bather, and a periphery tubular air wall with three functions: safety of the bather for accidental fall; water splash containment during bathing; waste water canalization towards drain hole. The peculiarity of the construction of the air tub allows the patient to remain in a raised position in relation to waste water during the washing and therefore ensures better hygiene because not immersed in water.
