    • The invention relates to a device for sterilization of the interior surface of packaging containers (10) with electron beam, comprising an emitter (20) provided with an electron exit window (22). The emitter (20) is adapted to emit charge carriers, such as electrons, through the electron exit window (22), said electrons forming an electron cloud (40). The device comprises at least one outlet (34) for conditioning at least a sterilized volume (44) in the packaging container (10). The outlet (34) is adapted to provide a flow (42) of a sterile gaseous medium, thereby generating a first condition at least inside the sterilized volume (44) of the packaging container (10).
