摘要： Certain aspects of the present disclosure relate to techniques for dynamic indication of time division duplexed (TDD) uplink (UL)/downlink (DL) subframe configurations in evolved interference management for traffic adaptation (e IMTA) systems with discontinuous reception (DRX) operation. According to certain aspects a method for wireless communication by a base station (BS) is provided. The method generally includes identifying one or more anchor subframes in a frame; configuring a user equipment (UE) to wake up while in a discontinuous reception (DRX) mode and monitor for a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) in the one or more anchor subframes; and signaling a change in an uplink/downlink configuration of subframes in the frame to the UE in the one or more anchor subframes via the PDCCH.

摘要： A method, an apparatus, and a computer program product for wireless communication are provided. The apparatus determines a location of a reference subframe based on an A-CSI report uplink subframe, an A-CSI request downlink subframe, a reference delay, and a report delay. In an aspect, the reference delay is a first delay value before the A-CSI report uplink subframe, and the report delay is a second delay value between the A-CSI request downlink subframe and the A-CSI report uplink subframe. The apparatus determines a type of the reference subframe based on the location of the reference subframe and a subframe configuration, the type of the reference subframe being a flexible subframe or a fixed subframe. The apparatus measures at least one of a channel or interference based on the reference subframe and the type of the reference subframe. The apparatus sends, at the A-CSI report uplink subframe, an A-CSI report based on the at least one of the channel or the interference.

According to certain aspects a method for retransmitting a RACH MSG3 message is provided. The method generally includes participating in a random access channel (RACH) procedure with a user equipment (UE), dynamically changing an uplink/downlink subframe configuration from a first uplink/downlink subframe configuration to a second uplink/downlink subframe configuration, during the RACH procedure, detecting a failure to successfully decode a MSG3 message from the UE, and taking action to prevent the UE from re-transmitting the MSG3 message in a subframe that is designated as a downlink subframe after dynamically changing the subframe configuration.

The apparatus receives a number of TPC commands including a number of fixed transmit power control adjustments and a plurality of flexible transmit power control adjustments. Each TPC command may include at least a fixed transmit power control adjustment, or a flexible transmit power control adjustment. The apparatus determines a fixed subframe transmit power and flexible subframe transmit power by accumulating the plurality of fixed subframe transmit power adjustments separately from the flexible subframe transmit power adjustments and transmits during a fixed subframe and a flexible subframe based on at least one of the fixed subframe transmit power and the flexible subframe transmit power.

The method comprises: determining a two-dimensional discrete Fourier transform (2D-DFT) based codebook for elevation beamforming; generating the 2D-DFT based codebook; selecting a best codebook index from the generated 2D-DFT based codebook; providing the selected codebook index in a CSI report; and transmitting the CSI report to a base station. The use of a 2D-DFT based codebook for elevation beamforming may provide flexibility for joint optimization of elevation and azimuth. The 2D-DFT based codebook may also reduce CSI feedback overhead.

摘要： Methods, systems, and devices are described for providing periodic CSI reports and/or aperiodic CSI reports to provide CSI for both anchor and non-anchor TDD subframes in eIMTA. Periodic CSI reports may be provided based on a reference configuration, and aperiodic CSI reports may be provided based on a time of reception of a CSI request and a reference configuration. A UE may determine to report anchor or non-anchor CSI through explicit or implicit signaling. Aperiodic CSI may be used for transmission of anchor subframe CSI reports and periodic CSI may be used for transmission of non-anchor subframe CSI reports, or aperiodic CSI may be used for transmission of non-anchor subframe CSI reports and periodic CSI may be used for transmission of anchor subframe CSI reports. A determination of the reference subframe for aperiodic CSI estimation may be based on a time of receipt of an aperiodic CSI request.
