摘要： Methods, systems, and devices for prioritization of channel state information (CSI) processes based on a set of priority rules and a device capability are described. A user equipment (UE) may be capable of supporting multiple communication types such as ultra-reliable low latency communications (URLLC), shortened transmission time interval (sTTI), enhanced mobile broadband (eMBB) priority type, etc. The UE may indicate a CSI update capability that includes a number of CSI processes capable of being updated by the UE. The CSI update capability may be a joint CSI update capability provided for all communication types. Based on the CSI update capability of the UE and the set of priority rules, the UE may prioritize the updating of one or more CSI processes.

The base station may receive the request message and identify CSI associated with the band based at least in part on the CSI report included in the random access request message. The base station may transmit, to the UE, a random access response message based at least in part on the identified CSI in the radio frequency spectrum band.

In some embodiments, a method of operation of a wireless device in a cellular communications system comprises receiving downlink control information from a radio access node in a first subframe T. The downlink control information comprises an indication of a HARQ timing offset K. The method further comprises transmitting downlink HARQ feedback to the radio access node in a subframe T+K. In this manner, HARQ feedback can be directly scheduled by the network, which in turn enables efficient HARQ feedback.

摘要： Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communication are described. Discontinuous reception (DRX) operation may be configured differently on enhanced component carriers (eCCs) than on other component carriers, including a primary cell (PCell). In some cases, a user equipment (UE) may be configured with several different eCC DRX modes. An eCC DRX configuration may, for example, be coordinated with downlink (DL) transmission time interval (TTI) scheduling so each DRX ON duration may correspond to a DL burst duration of the corresponding eCC. The eCC DRX ON durations may also be scheduled according to hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) process scheduling. In some examples, eCC DRX ON durations may be based on listen-before-talk (LBT) procedures. In some cases, eCC DRX ON durations may be configured to contain an uplink (UL) burst to enable channel state information (CSI) reporting. The eCC DRX may also be configured to minimize interruption of the PCell.
