    • A valve assembly for controlling delivery and exhaust of pressurized air to and from an air spring. The valve assembly comprises a body having a pair of valve bores with a coaxially open end, and a port in communication with the valve bore. The port is adapted to receive an air connection with an air spring. An actuator shaft, having a first end and a second end, is disposed coaxially in the valve bore for reciprocal movement between an actuating position and a rest position, and is biased towards the rest position. A valve block fixes within the valve bore and has an internal end and an external end. A coaxial bore extends from the internal end to the external end and slidably receives the actuator shaft second end. A stop chamber is disposed between the external end and the internal end. The valve block has a seat on the external end at the coaxial bore. An air passage communicates with the port and the coaxial bore. A stop member mounts on the actuator shaft within the stop chamber so that the actuator shaft second end will be spaced within the coaxial bore inwardly from the seat when the actuator shaft is in the rest position. Movement of the actuator shaft relative to the valve body is limited to the distance the stop moves within the stop chamber.

    • An anti-creep device for a trailer includes a support arm (250) adapted to be mounted to a trailer frame (14) proximate to a trailer axle (16) for rotational movement between a retracted position and an extended position. The support arm (250) includes a plurality of notches (252) extending along a length thereof. A support member (236) is adapted to be connected to the suspension and has at least one surface for receiving one of the support arm notches (252) when the support arm is in the extended position to prevent movement of the axle (16) toward the trailer frame (14) and thereby prevent the trailer frame from creeping. The notches (252) of the support arm (250) in the retracted position are disengaged from the support member (236) so that the axle is free to move with respect to the frame. An actuator (80) is associated with the support arm for rotating the arm at least to the extended position to thereby lock the frame at a selected height when the frame is raised with respect to the axle.

    • A dump valve (200) for selectively placing the inlet port (16) of a height control valve (10) into communication with a source of pressurized air or atmosphere. The dump valve comprises a body (202) having a control bore (204), an opposing pilot bore (208), an exhaust bore (254) intersecting the control bore (204), and a connection bore (236) intersecting the control bore (204). The connecting bore (236) has means (53, 58) for fluidly connecting the connection bore (236) to the inlet bore (16) of a height control valve (10).
