    • A primer assembly is provided for use on a carburetor that is vented through an external vent on the primer. In at least some embodiments, the assembly comprises a housing comprising an open end and an outlet with a flexible primer bulb inserted into and closing the open end of the housing, thereby defining a volume within the housing. There is a vent in the primer bulb. A carbon canister is positioned within the volume defined in the housing such that the vent and the outlet are in fluid communication via a flow path that extends through the canister. The carbon canister adsorbs fuel vapors from the carburetor. During normal operation of the engine, air enters through the primer vent and purges the carbon canister of the adsorbed fuel.

    • A system and method of controlling/adjusting purge flow rate in an internal combustion engine is disclosed. The system includes an air intake assembly, a fuel tank assembly and an evaporative emissions control device such as a carbon canister in operational association with each other. Fuel vapors from the fuel tank assembly flow into the evaporative emissions control device for adsorption. The adsorbed fuel vapors from the evaporative emissions control device are recovered, at least in part due to pressure differentials, and actively purged into the internal combustion engine. The purge flow rate from the evaporative emissions control device is controlled/adjusted by a flow control device, the flow control device that is at least indirectly connected to the evaporative emissions control device and the air intake assembly. In one aspect, the flow control device can comprise an orifice device, such as, a connector device having at least one orifice for regulating purge flow rate. In another aspect, the flow control device can comprise a filter device for cleaning the intake and/or purged air in addition to regulating the purge flow rate.

    • An integrated modular biomass to electric power generation system is disclosed. The system comprises various subsystem modules including components which may be prefabricated and mounted on separate and portable self-supporting liftable platforms in a factory controlled environment. The modules may include biomass to biofuel conversion and refinement process related modules and power generation modules. The modules may be transported from the factory to a power generation site, which in some non-limiting examples may comprise part of an agricultural or farming site that produces animal and/or agricultural wastes which may be converted to biofuel. The modules are positioned on site and fluidly coupled together to form a complete biofuel powered electric generation system. A plurality of standardized size subsystem modules of several different process or electrical capacities may be provided for selection to form the complete system. The system may include a biogas production process, biodiesel production process, or both.
