    • A pressure oil supply apparatus including a hydraulic pump, a boom cylinder and a swing motor, and one each set of pressure compensating valve and a direction control valve provided between the hydraulic pump and boom cylinder and between the pump and swing motor, each of the pressure compensating valves comprising a check valve portion which has an inlet port connected to the hydraulic pump and an outlet port connected to the relative direction control valve, and which is adapted to control the area of an opening between these two ports, and a pressure reducing valve portion which has a first port connected to the hydraulic pump, a second port connected to a tank, a first pressure receiving part connected to a load pressure detecting circuit of the boom cylinder or swing motor, and a second pressure receiving part connected to the second port, and which is adapted to be operated in the direction, in which the first and second ports communicate with each other, by a pressure applied to the first pressure receiving part, and in the direction, in which the first and second ports are shut off from each other, by a pressure applied to the second pressure receiving part, whereby the check valve portion is driven in the direction in which a part between the inlet and outlet ports is closed, the second pressure receiving parts of the pressure reducing valve portions of the pressure compensating valves being allowed to communicate with each other to set the pressure compensating valves at the highest load pressure, characterized in that the check valve portion of the pressure compensating valve on the side of the swing motor is constructed so that it has a variable flow rate controlling function when the swing motor is operated singly, and a fixed throttling function when the boom cylinder and swing motor are operated simultaneously.

    • A pressure oil supply device comprises a variable capacity type hydraulic pump, of which discharge amount is controlled by a load pressure of a load pressure detecting circuit, a pressure compensating valve composed of a check valve portion and a pressure reducing valve portion, and a directional control valve for supplying a pump discharge pressure oil to an actuator. The check valve portion comprises a spool for providing communication and shut-off between a pump discharge circuit of the variable capacity type hydraulic pump and a pump port of the directional control valve, and the pressure reducing valve portion comprises a spool which is adapted to be pushed toward a first position where it is assisted by the load pressure of the actuator to provide communication between the pump discharge circuit and the load pressure detecting circuit, and to be pushed toward a second position where it is assisted by a weak spring and the load pressure of the load pressure detecting circuit to provide shut-off between the pump discharge circuit and the load pressure detecting circuit and to push the spool of the check valve portion in a closing direction and which is adapted to be slowly moved from the second position to the first position and has a bleed-off circuit for bleeding a part of pressure oil from the pump discharge circuit at an intermediate position between the second position and the first position to a tank.

    • A pressure oil supplying device wherein, in order to distribute and supply pressure oil discharged from a hydraulic pump to a plurality of actuators without using any shuttle valves and to prevent the natural drop of the actuators in a transition state in which load pressures are changed over, a plurality of pressure compensator valves connected in parallel with a pump discharge conduit of the hydraulic pump and direction control valves each installed at each pressure compensator valve are provided so that pressure oil discharged from the hydraulic pump is supplied to the plurality of actuators, the pressure oil supplying device being characterized in that the pressure compensator valve is constituted by a check valve portion for opening and closing the pump discharging conduit and the inlet port of a direction control valve and a pressure reducing valve portion for reducing the pump discharging pressure, that the check valve portion is constructed such that it is moved so as to open the valve by the inlet pressure, while it is moved so as to close the valve by the outlet pressure, that the pressure reducing valve portion is constructed such that it is brought into abutment with the check valve portion by means of a spring and that a communication between the inlet side and the outlet side thereof is established by the pressure of one of the pressure chambers so as to be biassed in a direction away from the check valve portion, while the communication between the inlet side and the outlet side is cut off by the pressure of the other pressure chamber so as to be biassed in a direction of closing the check valve portion, and that a load pressure is supplied to the actuator for supplying pressure oil to the one of the pressure chambers so that the other pressure chambers of the respective valve blocks are caused to communicate with each other.
