摘要： The embodiments described herein relate to a user equipment ("UE") and a plurality of nodes in a wireless network. A UE may be adapted to receive from a node a discovery signal that includes a base sequence. The base sequence may distinguish a first group of collocated nodes, comprising a first cell cluster, from a second group of collocated nodes, comprising a second cell cluster. The UE may further be adapted to receive from the node an orthogonal sequence, also included in the discovery signal. The orthogonal sequence may distinguish a first cell from other collocated cells so that cells within a cell cluster are separately identifiable. In further embodiments, the conjugate of sequences may be used to increase the amount of sequences available to distinguish cells and/or cell clusters. Other embodiments are described herein.

摘要： Devices and methods of enhanced coverage (EC) paging are generally described. An evolved Node-B (eNB) may transmit multiple EC paging messages to user equipment (UE) over at least one paging cycle. Each EC paging message may contain the same paging information. The UE may combine the individual EC paging messages to achieve a predetermined link budget and subsequently may decode the EC combined paging message to determine whether the combined paging message is directed to the UE. The EC paging messages may contain information for more than one UE and a legacy P-RNTI or a specific P-RNTI for EC mode UEs. The EC paging messages may be transmitted in legacy occasions over several paging cycles or non-legacy paging occasions over one or more paging cycles. The EC paging messages may be transmitted in continuous or non-continuous subframes in a particular paging cycle.

To accelerate the detection of one or more cells in a wireless network, a UE may perform Radio Resource Management ("RRM") measurements based on one or more synchronization signals instead of based on a common reference signal ("CRS"). Alternatively, the UE may perform RRM measurements for a cell based on a CRS transmitted for the cell without synchronizing to the cell using one or more synchronization signals. The UE may report the RRM measurements to an eNB that is to serve the UE.

摘要： A user equipment (UE) for communication in a wireless network supporting inter-EUTRAN Node B (eNB) carrier aggregation has a receiver to communicate with a first eNB corresponding to a primary cell (PCell) in the wireless network and a second eNB corresponding to a secondary cell (SCell) in the wireless network. The receiver is configured to receive downlink data through a physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) in the SCell. The UE has a processor configured to, in response to receiving the downlink data, generate a hybrid automatic repeat request acknowledgement (HARQ-ACK) for the SCell. A transmitter of the UE is configured to transmit, through a first physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) in the PCell, uplink control information (UCI) including the HARQ-ACK for the SCell.

摘要： Technology for dual connectivity is disclosed. A user equipment (UE) can identify a first physical channel that includes a first uplink control information (UCI) and a second physical channel that includes a second UCI. The UE can select a priority level for the first physical channel and a priority level for the second physical channel. The UE can apply power scaling to a first physical channel transmission or a second physical channel transmission if a total transmit power of the UE would exceed a specific value during a period of time. The UE can scale a transmit power for the second physical channel if the priority level for the first physical channel is higher than the priority level for the second physical channel depending on a type of first UCI and a type of second UCI.

摘要： Technology for device discovery using a device-to-device (D2D) sounding reference signal (SRS) and device discovery using D2D SRS in a channel measurement group (CMG) is disclosed. In an example, a user equipment (UE) configured for device discovery via a node using the D2D SRS can include a transceiver module. The transceiver module can send a radio resource control (RRC) device discovery request to a node, scan D2D SRS subframes of proximity UEs using D2D SRS triggering, and send feedback to the node of detected D2D SRS information of the proximity UEs. The proximity UE can be located within a same cell as the UE.
