摘要： This invention relates to a hydraulic driving apparatus for construction machines which includes at least first and second hydraulic actuators (23-28) driven by a pressure oil supplied from a hydraulic pump (22), first and second flow rate control valves (29-34) for controlling the flow of the pressure oil supplied to these first and second actuators, respectively, and first and second branch flow compensation valves (35-40) for controlling first pressure differences (ΔPv1-Pv6) occurring between the inlets and outlets of the first and second flow rate control valves respectively. The first and second branch flow compensation valves apply control forces (Fc1-Fc6) based on second pressure differences to the corresponding branch flow compensation valves, respectively. The apparatus of the invention includes also driving means (45-50; 35c-40c) for setting a target value of the first pressure difference. The hydraulic driving apparatus includes further first means (59) for obtaining the second pressure difference (ΔP1s) from the discharge pressure (Ps) of the hydraulic pump (22) and the maximum load pressures (Pamax) of the first and second actuators, second means for calculating individual values (Fc1-Fc6) at least on the basis of the second pressure difference obtained by the first means as the values of the control force to be applied by the respective driving means (45-50; 35c-40c) of the first and second branch flow compensation valves (35-40) and first and second control pressure generation means (62a-62f) disposed so as to correspond to the first and second branch flow compensation valves, respectively, for generating the control pressures (Pc1-Pc6) in accordance with the individual values determined by the second means and outputting them to the driving means (35c-40c) of the first and second branch flow compensation valves, respectively.

摘要： A control system of a hydraulic pump (1) in a load sensing control hydraulic drive circuit, comprising: a first means (202) in which a target pressure difference between the discharge pressure of the hydraulic pump and the load pressure of an actuator (2) is set as a variable value; second means (203, 210-213) for determining a controlling coefficient which increases with an increase in deviation of this target pressure difference as a variable value from an actual pressure difference, decreases with a decrease thereof and increases for a relatively small deviation of the pressure difference when the target pressure difference is small; and third means (205, 206) for determining the target displacement volume from the deviation of the pressure difference and the controlling coefficient; whereby, irrespective of a value of the target pressure difference, stabilized control of the hydraulic pump can be performed, without causing hunting when the operating speed of a control lever (3a) is low, and, when the operating speed of the control lever is high, the control of the hydraulic pump with prompt and quick responses can be performed.

摘要： A device for controlling a hydraulic pump in a hydraulic driving circuit, which is provided with at least one hydraulic pump (1) having means (1a) for varying displacement, at least one hydraulic actuator (2) driven by pressure oil discharged from the hydraulic pump, and a flow rate control valve (3) interposed between and connected to the hydraulic pump and actuator for controlling the flow rate of pressure oil to be fed to the actuator. This control device, in which a target value (ΔPO) of the pressure difference (ΔP) between the discharge pressure of the hydraulic pump and load pressure of the actuator is preset, drives said means for varying displacement of the hydraulic pump according to a deviation (Δ(ΔP)) between said pressure difference and the target value and controls the discharge quantity of the pump so that said pressure difference is kept at the target value. The control device is provided with: first means (202-204; 202D, 203D; 202G, 203G; 202K, 203K; etc.) for inputting at least one value (ΥO; Υ; Δ(ΔP); ΔX; Nt; etc.) which affects the ratio of variation in the discharge pressure of the hydraulic pump (1) to variation in the displacement of the hydraulic pump (1) to determine a control gain (Ki) for variation speed of the displacement on the basis of said value; and second means (205-209) for controlling displacement varying means (1a) of the hydraulic pump on the basis of the control gain determined by the first means and pressure difference deviation (Δ(ΔP)).

摘要： An apparatus for diagnosing failure of hydraulic pumps for a work machine, which apparatus is inexpensive and capable of surely specifying a faulty hydraulic pump or pumps. Pressure sensors (61-64) are provided on lines (30, 40) leading to a tank (T) from locations leaving center bypasses of flow control valves (21, 231-234, 451-454, 26) connected to hydraulic pumps (1-6), and respective solenoid directional control valves (51-56) are provided on input circuits of respective regulators (11-16) to permit, when excited, pressure from a pilot pump (7) to be introduced into the regulators (11-16). When a switch (80) commands judgement with all the flow control valves in neutral positions, a signal from a processing device (70) energizes one of the solenoid directional control valves to cause a corresponding hydraulic pump to discharge a fluid at a maximum flow rate. A detected value from an associated pressure sensor at this time is converted into a flow rate and stored, and this sequence is carried out with respect to the respective hydraulic pumps. On the basis of flow rates obtained from every judgement, failure of a specified hydraulic pump or pumps is diagnosed.
