摘要： An integrated image sensor and memristor memory simultaneously stores light intensity data and compares it with another data stream such as a template image. The sensor pixels can use single inverters to output light intensity signals to respective memory cells, where each inverter performs time-to-voltage conversion, and the switching time of the inverter is directly proportional to the light intensity. The image sensor may comprise a stack, with sensor, memory and compression layers, and with silicon vias for connection of the stack layers. The image sensor may be used in a security sensor, and/or for pattern recognition and image matching.
