摘要： Methods and apparatuses for separating biological particles are provided In certain embodiments the separation apparatus is utilized for separating first biological particles from second biological particles under flow conditions, and comprises (a) a separation region, b) a first inlet port operably connected to a first end of the separation region, c) a second inlet port operably connected to the first end of the separation region, d) two or more posts aligned along a plane extending along a diagonal axis from the first end of the separation region to a second end of the separation region In certain embodiments, the spacing between adjacent posts is such that a first biological particle can pass between the posts but a second biological particle cannot pass between the posts.
