摘要： The invention relates to a grapple assembly in which a single actuator is used to operate the arms of the grapple but each arm is able to at least partly open and/or close independently of the other arms. A grapple assembly comprises an elongate core comprising a linear actuator; means for connecting the first end of the elongate core to a grapple hoist; a plurality of grapple arms connected to the second end of the elongate core by a pivotal connection oriented substantially perpendicularly to the elongate core; a plurality of elastically deformable connectors, each connector having coupled directly or indirectly to a connection region of the elongate core and coupled to one of the grapple arms at a point on the respective grapple arm spaced apart from the pivotal connection of the respective grapple arm to the elongate core, wherein the linear actuator is able to be actuated to move the connection region of the elongate core relative to the second end of the elongate core to open and/or close the plurality of grapple arms, and wherein the elastically deformable connectors permit each grapple arm to at least partly open and/or close independently of the other grapple arms upon exertion of an external force on the respective grapple arm.

摘要： This disclosure describes systems, methods, and computer program products for authoring content for digital books. In some implementations, a single graphical user interface (GUI) is presented that allows an author to design a layout for the digital book, including editing text and inserting various types of interactive elements in the text. The GUI functions as both a digital book layout design tool and a word processor to facilitate the building of a digital book. The relative page location of inserted widgets can be determined by a user-selectable anchor point placed within the text. An outline view of the digital book can be created and presented in the GUI based on a hierarchical structure determined by paragraph styles applied to the text. The GUI can provide a hybrid glossary and index page for allowing the author to create and manage a glossary and index for the digital book.

摘要： The epithelium serves as a first line of defence between the body and the environment. Disturbance of the epithelial barrier, the stratum corneum, can favour the penetration of microbes and allergens and plays a role in dermatological conditions such as various forms of eczema and dermatitis, such as atopic and non atopic eczema or dermatitis, sebarrhoeic eczema, irritant contact dermatitis, allergic contact dermatitis and other sensitive skin conditions. The present invention provides a method of improving the integrity of the stratum corneum, by reducing stratum corneum protease activity and/or increasing or maintaining corneocyte size and/or increasing or maintaining stratum corneum thickness and/or reducing trans-epidermal water loss (TEWL) and/or improving the Protease inhibitory activity index (PIAI).
