摘要： The present invention relates to a silicone rubber like material and a printing device including a stamp layer (100;201) comprising such a material. The material is suitable for use in soft lithography as it enables stable features having dimensions in the nanometer range to be obtained on a substrate, and also allows for the accommodation onto rough and non-flat substrate surfaces. The invention also relates to methods for manufacturing the silicone rubber like material and stamp layer (100;201) and use thereof in lithographic processes.

摘要： A cooling device for cooling a light-emitting semiconductor device, such as a LED device (20), comprises a ceramic plate (15) having coolant-conveying channels (12) incorporated therein. The ceramic plate (15) is adapted for forming an integral part of the optical system of the light-emitting semiconductor device (20) and to cool a light-emitting portion (26) of the light-emitting semiconductor device (20). A method of forming a cooling device comprises the steps of forming a charge of ceramic particles, embossing the charge with a stamp to form coolant-conveying channels in the charge, hardening the charge, and providing a cover on top of the channels to seal them.

摘要： The invention provides a method and apparatus for laminating a sheet to a substrate in a stress free and distortion-less manner. The method comprises providing the sheet and substrate such that an attractive force between them exists that is capable of bringing the sheet and surface together at least when their distance is shorter than a critical distance. The method creates these conditions by locally making an initial contact between the sheet and substrate such that at a contact front, being the boundary between areas where the substrate and sheet are in contact and those where they are not in contact, these conditions exist. In a further step the sheet and substrate are allowed to gradually make contact such that the contact front advances along either of the substrate or sheet surface therewith increasing the contacting area between the substrate and the sheet. The method is advantages when used during imprint lithography or embossing processes or other processes where feature patterns need to be transferred from the substrate to the surface or vice versa.

摘要： A method for providing an inorganic LED wafer with an inorganic structured light extraction layer, comprising providing a coating of a sol-gel precursor on said wafer, ensuring that the surface of said sol-gel coating is susceptible to embossing, embossing a structure in the sol-gel coating using soft-lithography, and curing the sol-gel layer, thereby forming said light extraction layer. The invention is based on the understanding that sol-gel precursors, because of their properties before a final curing step, constitute a suitable base material for soft lithography, and that their optical properties make them suitable for use as optical components. Compared to traditional optical lithography the soft lithography requires fewer processing steps and is thus faster and less expensive, both in terms of production cost as well as investment cost.

摘要： A metal nanoantenna for use in a biosensing device is described, the metal nanoantenna being arranged to exhibit at least two particle plasmon resonances or surface plasmon resonances (SPRs). The nanoantenna is for use in a sensor and allows detection at low concentration of biological components. To achieve this the nanoantenna can have an asymmetric structural configuration and spectrally separated resonances. Preferably there is a location in its structure providing local electromagnetic field enhancement at all of the SPRs. The metal nanoantenna can be used for background free measuring of a quantity of a biological component.
