摘要： Methods are provided for determining activation states of receptor tyrosine kinase mediated signaling networks for classifying samples. The methods are based on quantification of adaptor proteins of receptor tyrosine kinases and/or their interacting partners, and/or post-translational modifications on the adaptor proteins or interacting partners following a specific activation state of the receptor tyrosine kinase. The methods may be useful for the diagnosis, prognosis and monitoring of a biological state such as a disease state.

摘要： The invention exploits stabilization of the non-covalent donor ubiquitin interaction with E2 enzymes, including Cdc34-ubiquitin interaction.
