    • According to the present invention, the swash plate type compressor comprises: front and rear housings, front and rear cylinder blocks formed with a plurality of cylinder bores and coupled with the front and rear housings; a driving shaft mounted to be rotatable with respect to the front and rear housings; a swash plate mounted to be rotated by the driving shaft; and a rotary valve provided to the driving shaft so as to be mounted to the inner surfaces of coupling holes which are formed in the front and rear housings, wherein a refrigerant, which is introduced into the suction port of the rear housing, is sucked into the cylinder bores of the front and rear housings by a main path and an auxiliary path. Accordingly, the refrigerant is sucked into the suction chambers, which are respectively formed in the front and rear housings, via the main path and the auxiliary path in a balanced way, thereby resolving the unbalance of the amount of refrigerant, which is respectively sucked into the cylinder bore of the front cylinder block and the cylinder bore of the rear cylinder block.

    • Provided is an expansion valve for a vehicle air conditioning device in which a coolant flowing in from a condenser is throttled and supplied to an evaporator, and the degree of opening is controlled by means of the coolant flowing in from the evaporator and flowing out to a compressor, wherein the expansion valve comprises a main valve body formed with: a throttling flow pathway which has a first port for the inflow of the coolant from the condenser and a second port formed in a first side surface in order to supply the throttled coolant to the evaporator in the bottom surface, and on the inside of which the coolant that has flowed in to the first port is throttled; and an internal flow pathway which is formed in line with the throttling flow pathway and connects through to the first port such that the coolant that has flowed in to the first port flows out to the throttling flow pathway. Consequently, it is easy to process the main valve body, and hence production is straightforward and costs can be reduced.

    • The present invention relates to a reciprocating compressor, comprising: a front housing and a rear housing; a cylinder block which is interposed between the front housing and the rear housing, and which has a plurality of cylinder bores; a piston accommodated in the cylinder bores such that the piston reciprocates; a driving shaft which rotates relative to the front housing; piston-driving means interconnected between the piston and the driving shaft; a valve plate opposite the bottom of the piston and having an inlet port and an outlet port; and a suction chamber and a discharge chamber formed in the rear housing. The rear housing includes: an outer rear housing having an inlet port for the introduction of a refrigerant from the outside; and an inner rear housing which is interposed between the outer rear housing and the cylinder block, wherein the suction chamber is formed between the outer rear housing and the inner rear housing, and the discharge chamber is formed between the cylinder block and the inner rear housing. The reciprocating compressor according to the present invention divides the rear housing into the outer rear housing and the inner rear housing to form the suction chamber between the outer rear housing and the inner rear housing, and thus enabling the uniform introduction of the refrigerant into the plurality of cylinder bores.

The displacement control valve of a variable displacement compressor according to the present invention comprises: a valve housing having a crank chamber connection hole, a discharge chamber connection hole and a suction chamber connection hole respectively receiving a crank chamber pressure, a discharge chamber pressure and a suction chamber pressure of the compressor formed inside, and a 1st guide hole passing across the discharge chamber connection hole and the crank chamber connection hole; a valve body composed of a large diameter portion and a small diameter portion to open or close the entrance to the 1st guide hole, while making a reciprocating movement; an electromagnetic solenoid for reciprocably moving the valve body with electricity; and a sleeve member having a sleeve with a larger diameter than the small diameter portion, the sleeve member connecting between the small diameter portion of the valve body and the electromagnetic solenoid. Accordingly, as the amount of opening of the valve body is restricted by the sleeve member, a suction pressure (Ps) is maintained at a constant value, independent of an increasing discharge pressure (Pd), and thus control precision is improved.

The electromotive terminal device inserted into a seating part of a compressor casing in which an electromotive part is installed in an inner space thereof includes: a hermetic terminal in which a plurality of terminal pins for transmitting external power into the electromotive part are arranged spaced apart from each other in the length direction thereof; and a connector having a plurality of terminal grooves electrically connected so as to correspond to the terminal pins of the hermetic terminal. A coupling groove is formed in the inner surface of the seating part of the compressor casing. The electromotive terminal device further includes a pair of snap rings, each having a circular ring shape with an opened structure at both ends thereof which are bent inward to face each other, wherein the pair of snap rings hook both ends of the hermetic terminal in a state where the snap rings are inserted into the coupling groove to face each other so as to fix the hermetic terminal to the seating part of the casing. As described above, in the terminal device for an electromotive compressor, the coupling groove is formed in the inner surface of the seating part of the compressor casing, and the hermetic terminal is hooked and fixed through the snap rings inserted into the coupling groove in the state where the hermetic terminal is inserted into the seating part. Thus, the hermetic terminal may be easily fixed to the casing.
