    • The present invention relates to a rotation limiting apparatus of a rotary shaft which includes a rotary shaft in which a thread groove portion is integrally formed in an outer surface of the same, a hollow housing which includes the thread groove portion therein, and a straight groove portion in such a manner that a side surface of the thread groove portion is exposed to the outside, left and right stoppers which are formed of an elastic material and are installed at both sides of the straight line groove portion of the housing, a slider which includes a protrusion inserted into the thread groove portion, and is inserted between the left and right stoppers for thereby being slidable in the direction of the input shaft, and a cover adapted to cover the straight line grove portion. A noise and impact do not occur at the rotation limit point of the left and right directions of the rotary shaft. In addition, the problem that the rotary shaft is caught by the left and right limit points does not occur. Furthermore, there is not any resistance feeling with respect to the rotation movement of the rotary shaft, so that a smooth rotation movement is maintained. The rotation of the rotary shaft is effectively limited. In addition, the number of parts is small, and the volume is small. The processing, assembling and installation of each element are easy. The cost and processes are decreased in the present invention.
