摘要： The invention relates to a method and a device by which the electron beam induced deposition of non-volatile substances from a gaseous precursor substance (12) onto the surface of a substrate (8) can be regulated. According to the invention, a primary electron beam (2) is radiated in a controlled manner onto the surface of the substrate (8) and causes the production of secondary electrons. Said secondary electrons in turn trigger the reaction of the precursor substance for the deposition onto the surface of the substrate. The signal of a secondary electron detector (7) is used as a control signal for moving the primary electron beam (2). The signal of the secondary electron detector is recorded during the deposition process and allows for an immediate computer-based control and/or regulation of the primary electron beam and thus of the rate and local resolution of the deposition of the substance from the precursor substance onto the surface of the substrate.

摘要： The invention relates to a method and a corresponding device for optimising the current consumption of a data processing device. In order to control the operating states of the components of the data processing device in an optimum manner, and especially to prevent the time up to the deactivation of components from being either too short or too long, the inventive method comprises the following steps: a) operating parameters of hardware and software components of the data processing device are detected, b) aperiodically occurring events influencing the operating state of hardware and/or software components are detected, c) the current scenario of use of the data processing device is estimated by evaluating a quantity of rules containing a plurality of rules, on the basis of the detected operating paramaters and events, the evaluation of the rules enabling probabilites for the presence of pre-determined scenarios of use to be established on the basis of operating parameters and/or events, and d) the operating states of the components of the data processing device are controlled on the basis of the estimated current scenarios of use.

摘要： A process is described for the production of one or more of linear nitriles, amides and formamides which includes reacting a nitrogen containing compound, such as ammonia or NOx, and a synthesis gas over a catalyst at a temperature of between 160 °C and 400°C and a pressure of between 1 bar and 50 bar. A further process for the production of one or more of linear phosphorous containing compounds is also described, which includes reacting a phosphorous containing compound, such as a phosphine, and a synthesis gas over a catalyst at a temperature of between 160 °C and 400°C and a pressure of between 1 bar and 50 bar. A supported cobalt, iron, ruthenium or rhodium catalyst or an unsupported (bulk) promoted iron catalyst, modified with a promoter is used. The synthesis gas is a mixture of hydrogen and carbon monoxide, in a ratio from 0.5:1 to 5:1; or a mixture of hydrogen and carbon dioxide; or a mixture of water and carbon monoxide. The suppression of the formation of oxygenates in the process is a feature of the invention and oxygenates may even be included in the feed to become converted to corresponding nitrogen containing compounds in the process.
