    • A method includes forming an electrical insulator material over an integrated circuit having a metal-containing conductive interconnect and activating a dopant in a semiconductor material of a substrate to provide a doped region. The doped region provides a junction of opposite conductivity types. After activating the dopant, the substrate is bonded to the insulator material and at least some of the substrate is removed where bonded to the insulator material. After the removing, a memory cell is formed having a word line, an access diode, a state -changeable memory element containing chalcogenide phase change material, and a bit line all electrically connected in series, the access diode containing the junction as a p-n junction. A memory device includes an adhesion material over the insulator material and bonding the word line to the insulator material.

    • An in-floor pool cleaning system includes a first valve having one bottom inlet port, three or more side discharge ports, and a first flow diverter and a second valve having one bottom inlet port, three or more side discharge ports, and a second flow diverter. One of the discharge ports of the first valve is connected to the inlet port of the second valve. A first motor linked to the first valve is configured to rotate the first diverter and a second motor linked to the second valve is configured to rotate the second diverter. The system includes in-floor cleaning nozzles fluidically connected to discharge ports. A controller electrically connected to the motors is configured to actuate the motors and, in turn, to rotate the diverters into respective positions configured to direct water flow to a selected one or more of the plurality of nozzles.

    • A phosphorous pentoxide producing method includes forming a reducing kiln bed using feed agglomerates containing a lignin sulfonate both inside the agglomerates and coating a surface of individual agglomerates. Freeboard particulates are generated from the agglomerates, an amount of particulates generated being less than would occur in the method with no lignin sulfonate. Kiln off gas is generated and phosphorous pentoxide is collected from the kiln off gas. The kiln discharges a residue containing processed agglomerates, less than 20% of the agglomerates' phosphate input to the kiln remaining in the residue. The percentage of input phosphate that remains in the residue is less than would occur in the method with no lignin sulfonate. The method may include forming green agglomerates. Controlling a drying rate of the green agglomerates may wick some of the lignin sulfonate onto the surface of individual drying agglomerates without adhering the agglomerates together.

    • A well treatment method includes drawing a solvent to a first pump, drawing a wetting liquid to a second pump, pumping the wetting liquid through a polymer mixer using the second pump, combining polymer with the wetting liquid to produce a slurry containing undissolved polymer, and combining the slurry with the solvent upstream from the first pump. Another well treatment method includes increasing dissolution time of the polymer by providing a buffering agent in the wetting liquid before combining the wetting liquid and the polymer. A well treatment system includes a polymer mixing subsystem with a mix loop having a mix loop inlet line from a first pump feed line and a mix loop outlet line back to the first pump feed line, the mix loop outlet line containing a polymer mixer.
