摘要： A radar apparatus mounted on a moving object moving along a continuous plane comprises (1) a transceiver unit for transmitting a signal having a main lobe in the moving direction of the moving object and a side lobe directed toward the continuous plane and for receiving a first reflection signal from a target in the main lobe direction and a second reflection signal from the continuous plane in the side lobe direction and (2) control processing means for detecting the frequency of a beat signal of the second reflection signal received by the transceiver unit and the signal emitted by the transceiver unit and for detecting information correlated to the posture of the radar apparatus with respect to the continuous plane on the basis of the frequency. As a result, the variation in the posture of the mounted radar device with respect to the moving object can be detected without adding any hardware.

摘要： It is possible to provide a voting method using an information processing device based on candidate information printed on a slip of paper. In a voting device, a voting result is recorded on a recording medium as a voting record original by utilizing a voting card having voting right information indicating that a voting right exists. A voting slip contains printed candidate information, candidate identification image for identifying a candidate, and check image for checking the voting content. When the voting card is inserted into a voting card reader/writer, an image reading unit reads a candidate identification image specified by a pen tip of an input device from the voting slip. After this, a data display unit displays candidate information corresponding to the candidate identification image which has been read by the image reading unit. The input device reads the check image from the voting slip and after this, the candidate displayed on the data display unit is recorded as a validly voted candidate.
