    • 본 발명은 통상의 유데면 제조방법으로 최종 제조된 면에 친수성 용액을 분무처리한 후 포장함으로써 조리 시 면선분리가 용이하도록 한 유데면의 면선분리 처리방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 유데면의 면선분리 처리방법 에 따르면 제조된 유데면의 면선 분리가 쉽게 되어 조리 시 물을 넣고 삶지 않고 바로 팬에서 소스만 넣고도 면선 분리가 이루어지는 유데면류 제품 개발이 가능하며, 본 발명에 따른 스프레이 설비를 이용하면 향후, 다른 기능성 소재를 면선에 스프레이 시켜 기능성 성분을 면에 포함할 수가 있으며, 면에 색상을 내는 것도 최종 공정에 색상원료를 스프레이시켜 면의 색상을 자연스럽게 입힐 수가 있는 효과가 있다.

    • A rotary cake moulding device comprises a fixed frame and a moulding assembly mounted on the fixed frame by a pivot (1). The moulding assembly comprises dies (2) mounted at the end of the moulding assembly, a reciprocating driver connected to the dies for driving the dies, and a power drive device mounted on the pivot, a die bearing plate (4) mounted on the pivot through it's side walls (401). The die bearing plate is outside of the moulding assembly and can rotate relative to the moulding assembly. A locking mechanism is provided on the moulding assembly, which can lock the die bearing plate at a first position and release it at a second position. The dies can press on the die bearing plate at the first position and move away from the die bearing plate. A reset device which can reset the die bearing plate to the first position is provided on the die bearing plate. The advantages of the moulding device are high production efficiency, high product quality and low cost.

    • The invention broadly relates to an apparatus, method and a process for preparing a three dimensional foodstuff, more preferably a biscuit spoon, wherein a suitable dough composition is prepared and inserted into a mould for forming the desired shape, the mould having a first body portion with a first cavity for moulding one portion of the biscuit spoon, and a second body portion with a second cavity shaped to mould the other portion of the spoon. Once moulded, the dough can be partially baked to form a set biscuit spoon that can be removed and fully baked on a suitable tray, or removed and baked on suitable trays. The invention further includes a process for the baking of a three dimensional foodstuff requiring precise baking conditions and a suitable dough composition to maintain the desired shape of foodstuff.
