    • A method for manufacturing a fiction member according to the present invention comprises the steps of preparing alloy compositions containing copper powder 39.6 to 70.9 weight%, tin powder 2 to 8 weight%, rosette graphite powder 15 to 25 weight%, calcium silicate powder 2 to 5 weight%, iron powder 5 to 10 weight%, nickel powder 3 to 7 weight%, molybdenum powder 2 to 5 weight%, and carbon nanotube powder 0.1 to 0.4 weight%; mixing the alloy compositions in a mixer equipped with a stirring blade, and completely drying the mixture in a dryer; arranging an iron substrate as a friction member-shaped base on a lower frame of a mold corresponding to the shape of the friction member, filling the mold which is mounted with the iron substrate, and which is formed by coupling upper and lower mold frames, with the dried alloy compositions, and pressing the mold by a press to compress the alloy compositions in the mold and produce a friction member form on the iron substrate; and sintering/bonding the friction member form and the iron substrate in a sintering furnace at the temperature of 950 to 1100? for 1 to 3 hours under the vacuum or inert gas atmosphere while applying the pressure of 2 to 5kgf/cm2 to the gap between the friction member form and the iron substrate.
