摘要： An injection delivery system for automatically injecting fluid into an injection site includes at least one support element and a carriage moveably mounted to the at least one support element so that the carriage can move linearly relative thereto. The carriage has a support structure for removably receiving and carrying a syringe assembly for movement with the carriage, and a carriage actuator is operable to cause such linear movement of the carriage. A plunger actuator is carried by the carriage so as to move with the carriage, and is adapted to be operably coupled to a syringe plunger for causing linear movement of the syringe plunger within a syringe barrel. The carriage actuator and plunger actuator include respective inputs for receiving movement instructions, and may be coupled to an electronic controller that provides such instructions.

An average power for a laser is selected via a user interface on a tablet, along with a set of permissible laser parameters provided in response to the selected average power. A gingival trough or flap is created around the implant with the laser. Infected tissue is selectively ablated or denatured via photothermolysis, and a pocket is lased around the affected implant. Marginal tissues are compressed against the implant.

摘要： Systems and methods for a graphical user interface for an ablation procedure include a display, a controller in electronic communication with the display, a catheter coupled to the controller, and a graphical user interface generated by the controller and shown on the display. The catheter has a distal tip comprising an ultrasound transducer. The ultrasound transducer is configured to emit an ultrasound beam. The graphical user interface includes a three-dimensional anatomical reference map of a chamber of body tissue to be ablated, where a lesion path is superimposed on the anatomical reference map; a catheter position relative to the chamber; and a window showing data. The data includes at least one of a) a distance between the ultrasound transducer and a surface of the body tissue, b) a dosing plan, c) a tissue thickness, and d) a tissue property.

摘要： Described herein are an apparatus and methods for automating subtasks in surgery and interventional medical procedures. The apparatus consists of a robotic positioning platform, an operating system with automation programs, and end-effector tools to carry out a task under supervised autonomy. The operating system executes an automation program, based on one or a fusion of two or more imaging modalities, guides real-time tracking of mobile and deformable targets in unstructured environment while the end-effector tools execute surgical interventional subtasks that require precision, accuracy, maneuverability and repetition. The apparatus and methods make these medical procedures more efficient and effective allowing a wider access and more standardized outcomes and improved safety.
