The assembly is structured to dispense and recover handle cover material, such as a hygienic handle cover material in the form of a sheet, web, sleeve, or the like. The assembly includes a housing configured and/or structured to serve as a handle and which provides an interior in which handle cover assembly components and handle cover material are at least partially contained, from which handle cover material is dispensed, and to which handle cover material is recovered. In at least some embodiments, the handle cover material is dispensed from the interior of the assembly to at least partially cover at least a portion of the outer surface of the assembly housing. The assembly can be connected to a structure, such as cart (e.g., shopping cart, luggage cart), that includes a handle as a retrofit, or installed during manufacture.

摘要： A process and a device for dispensing portions of a continuous strip of towel provides that the strip of material is guided from a clean area into a used area at the back of the apparatus. The position or height of a corresponding partition between the areas may be controlled. The stock of clean strip of material is preferably monitored and when it is spent, the remaining strip of material is drawn in a defined manner, preventing the towel from being accidentally reused. In one embodiment, the strip of material is folded in both areas and is thus easy and hygienic to handle. A system with cassettes that may be exchanged as a whole is also disclosed.

摘要： A tissue box with disposal compartment includes a conventional compartment for the holding and dispensing of new tissues, and a second compartment for the disposal of used tissue which folds out from a side of the new tissue compartment. The used tissue disposal compartment is integrally attached to the new tissue dispensing compartment, having a common side wall therewith, and may be arranged in a folded position against the common side wall when not in use, or in an extended position for receiving used tissue. Two foldable side walls unfold into the extended position, with the fourth side wall being attached to the outer edge of the two folding side walls. A bottom wall is foldingly attached at the lower end of the common side wall so that when bent up, into the folded position, it lies against the common side wall, while in the extended position it rotates down to form the bottom of the used tissue compartment. The bottom wall may be attached to the lower end of the fourth side wall by a tab extending from the bottom wall and a tab opening in the lower portion of that lower side wall. Attachment of one or more narrow strips of flexible material between the two foldable side walls at their lower edges provides support for the bottom wall and also holds the foldable walls from bowing outwards. The tissue box with disposal compartment may be formed from a single paperboard blank.

摘要： A continuous towel dispenser includes a sensor which detects the disruption of the radio frequency (RF) field below the dispenser's cabinet caused by movement of a user's hands in withdrawing unused towel from a towel from supply roller and provides a control signal to a towel dispensing motor coupled to a supply roller allowing the towel to be dispensed for a predetermined time period corresponding to a desingated towel length. At the same time, a control signal initiates downward displacement of a towel idler bar allowing a length of used towel to also be withdrawn from the cabinet. After a predetermined time interval, e.g., 5 seconds, a towel takeup cycle is automatically initiated by upward displacement of the idler bar followed by a reversal in the direction of rotation of the towel takeup roller. The towel takeup cycle continues for a designated time period or until a stall current in a towel takeup motor is detected indicating that all of the towel has been withdrawn into the cabinet. Inhibit means prevents additional unused towel from being withdrawn during a hand drying cycle.

摘要： A cloth towel dispenser incorporates at least one towel unit. Each unit is provided with a first delivery station which supports a clean towel roll having a horizontal axis. The towel roll has a leading feed edge and is adapted to be freely unrolled in successive portions. The first station includes a delivery roller rotatable about a horizontal axis and disposed adjacent the roll for unrolling it. A second draw-in station is spaced below the first station and has a take-up roller freely rotatable about a horizontal axis. The second station includes a draw-in roller rotatable about a horizontal axis to retract the successive portions of the roll onto the take-up roller. The leading edge of the roll passes in a manually extractable loop from the first station to the second station along a path which extends downwardly from the first station to a position of use disposed below the second station and then extends upwardly to the second station. A drive arrangement includes gearing and a spring tension accumulator rotatably interconnecting the delivery roller and the draw-in roller whereby the delivery and draw-in rollers rotate in the same forward direction. The delivery roller, when rotating during and after the formation of the loop, rotates and tensions the accumulator.

The towel dispenser comprises a housing having front and rear walls and joined by a top wall and a base. A towel outlet and inlet slot are provided in the base and extend between the front and rear walls. A skid plate supports a clean towel roll which is dispensed between a drive and pinch roller. A take up roller winds up used towel. When not in use, the towel loop is substantially completely withdrawn into the housing.

摘要： A dispenser for textile hand towelling web is disclosed which includes a motor driven dispensing roller for withdrawing fresh hand towelling from a supply and dispensing this fresh hand towelling, and a motor operated retracting device for drawing used towelling into the housing of the dispenser. The retracting device is also operable in a reverse direction for dispensing used towelling from the housing. A braking flap is provided which is adjustable between an effective position in which it serves to smooth and tension the used hand towelling travelling to the retracting device, and an ineffective position in which it is released from the used towelling. A programming control arrangement controls the operation of the two motor drives as follows. After starting by a user a first part length of fresh hand towelling is dispensed by the dispensing roller. At the same time a dog or cam coupled to the dispensing roller shifts an adjusting thrust rod which in turn moves the braking flap into its ineffective position. Then the retracting device is operated in said reverse direction for dispensing a length of used hand towelling. Thereafter the dispensing roller dispenses a second part length of fresh hand towelling and restores the braking flap to its effective position. The two motor drives are then held at rest for a predetermined period during which the user can dry his hands on the loop of towelling now hanging out of the housing. When the said period has elapsed the retracting device is operated for drawing the used hand towelling into the housing. The retracting device may be temporarily stopped under overload, but the programme end can only be reached and a new operation started when at least a predetermined length of used hand towelling has been drawn in and the hand towelling has thereafter been tautened.
