摘要： In accordance with the flow distribution of combustion gas including an unburned portion, an after-air port (AAP) arranged downstream of the two-stage combustion burner can effectively reduce the unburned portion by dividing as appropriate so as to avoid interaction, and by mixing together, two types of after-air having functions of linearity and spreading. As the configuration of this AAP, a primary nozzle for supplying primary after-air and having a vertical height greater than the horizontal width is provided in the center in the opening of the AAP, a secondary nozzle for supplying secondary after-air is provided in the opening outside of the primary nozzle, and one or more secondary after-air guide vanes having a fixed or variable tilt angle relative to the after-air port center axis are provided at the outlet of the said secondary nozzle to deflect and supply the secondary after-air horizontally to the left or right.

摘要： A mobile heating device operated with liquid fuel is provided, having: a combustion chamber (2) comprising a combustion air inlet (3), wherein the combustion chamber adjacent to the combustion air inlet (3) comprises a widening portion (20) the cross-section of which widens with increasing distance from the combustion air inlet (3) and in which in operation combustion air and fuel are converted in a flaming combustion; a fuel supply which is arranged such that fuel is supplied into the widening portion (20); and an air guide device (6) being adapted to feed combustion air into the widening portion (20) with a flow component directed in the circumferential direction such that an axial recirculation region (RB) forms in the widening portion (20) in which gases flow in the direction towards the combustion air inlet (3) oppositely to a main flow direction (H). The combustion chamber (2) is fluidically sectioned into a primary combustion zone (PZ) and a secondary combustion zone (SZ). The primary combustion zone (PZ) comprises the widening portion (20) and the recirculation region (RB). The secondary combustion zone (SZ) is provided with a secondary combustion air inlet (23) in such a manner that a higher air-fuel ratio λ than in the primary combustion zone (PZ) forms in the secondary combustion zone (SZ).

摘要： A method of operating a pulverized coal-firing furnace is provided which includes injecting air from an upper compartment generally in opposition to a swirling fireball. The method also provides the step of sensing a temperature characteristic of one side of a convection pass of the furnace. The sensed value, in accordance with the method of the present invention, is then evaluated to determine if the sensed value of the temperature characteristic exceeds an allowable value. In response to a determination that the temperature characteristic exceeds the allowable value, the momentum of the air injected through the upper air compartment is changed. After the step of changing the momentum of the air injected through the upper air compartment, the temperature characteristic of the one convection pass location is sensed to obtain a post adjustment value of the temperature characteristic and compared to an allowable value.
