摘要： The invention relates to a metallurgical vessel (1), in particular an arc furnace, having a holding container (2) for metal melt and having a lid (3), by means of which the holding container (2) can be at least partially covered, wherein the metallurgical vessel also has at least one lance (4, 5) for the supply of a medium into the metallurgical vessel (1), and wherein the at least one lance (4, 5) is pivotably arranged on or in the metallurgical vessel (1). In order to be able to introduce a medium into the interior of the furnace in an improved manner, the invention provides that at least one lance (4, 5) is arranged in the region of the lid (3) of the metallurgical vessel (1) on a revolute joint (6) which has a rotational axis aligned in a horizontal direction (H).

摘要： A continuous sintering apparatus to be used for sintering nuclear fuel pellets includes a casing integrally constructed to have an upper portion enclosed in a maintenance glove box. The furnace casing includes a casing body and a ceiling cover removably mounted on the casing body, and the ceiling cover can be opened in the glove box while retaining containment. A furnace member to be accommodated in the casing body comprises a combination of a plurality of divided furnace member units, and the furnace member units can be maintained by glove operations when they are delivered from the inside of the casing body into the glove box. A ceiling crane is disposed at an upper portion of the inside of the glove box, and a ceiling cover tentative space and a maintenance working space are provided in the glove box. A turntable for placing the delivered furnace member unit is preferably disposed in the maintenance working space.

A lid supporting framework is pivotably mounted lateral of the furnace vessel and includes at least one lid bracket extending over the furnace vessel for lifting, lowering and pivoting the furnace lid. In order to be able to pivot the lid bracket without furnace lid and without necessitating manipulations to be carried out at the furnace lid for the purpose of exchanging the lid or the lid core, the lid bracket is detachably connected to the furnace lid by at least one coupling means, with a coupling piece of the coupling means being arranged on the lid bracket and a coupling counter piece of the coupling means being arranged on the furnace lid. The coupling piece or the coupling counter piece includes a lateral recess extending in the pivoting direction of the lid supporting framework, through which the coupling counter piece is capable of being assembled with the coupling piece from aside.

摘要： Lead in separated from a sulfidic concentrate by feeding a finely-divided concentrate, a silicate-high slagging agent, and air or oxygen-enriched air into the upper section of a suspension reaction shaft of a flash-smelting furnace in order to form a suspension and to oxidize the lead to lead oxide, by removing the gases via a riser pipe of the furnace and by discharging melt from a lower furnace of the flash-smelting furnace for further treatment. The slagging agent is fed at such a rate that substantially all of the melt is of the slag type and that all of the melt withdrawn from the lower furnace is directed to a reduction stage in order to reduce the lead silicate and to separate it as raw lead.

摘要： The invention relates to an arc furnace roof. The roof is comprised of a metal cover which is bolt-connected to the furnace shell. Secured to the lower side of the cover is a plurality of shackle hooks, each of said shackle hooks having an anchor bolt hooked therein. The metal cover has a first layer of insulating concrete applied to its lower side and a second layer of refractory concrete applied to the hard first layer of insulating concrete, the two layers of insulating and refractory concrete, respectively, embedding the shackle hooks and anchor bolts.

摘要： A vessel for a metal smelting furnace is disclosed. The vessel is provided with a heat-resistant interior wall and means for cooling the portions of said interior wall above the smelting zone. In accordance with the invention, the cooling means comprises an interior wall at least partially formed by at least one cooling pipe coil wherein the coil includes thick-walled pipes and neighboring sections of the coil are arranged in a closely adjacent relation. A cooling medium such as water is fed through the pipe coil under high pressure to dissipate heat from the interior wall of the vessel.
