    • A floatable boat ramp is disclosed including a plurality of hollow planks arranged parallel to one another such that the upper surfaces thereof define a drivable surface. A plurality of flexible channels couple cavities defined by adjacent planks of the plurality of hollow planks to one another a first end plank defines one or more openings to allow inlet and outlet of air and water in order to cause the boat ramp to sink or float. The interior cavity of the planks may be divided into right and left hand portions. Left and right hand channels coupled the right and left hand portions, respectively, of adjacent planks to one another. A second end plank includes a continuous cavity and allows fluid communication between left and right hand portions of the other planks. The planks may be coupled together by cables extending through sleeves rotatably mounted to the ends thereof.

    • A building construction system is provided having an elongated track (bypass clip track) that overlays a front edge of a concrete slab. The elongated track provides an even flat surface along an uneven concrete slab because the elongated track can be placed at adjustable distances from slab edges that may be uneven. The track is secured to a bracketing structure that has foam inserts that become embedded within the top and/or bottom surface of the concrete slab after the concrete hardens. By attaching the track to these foam inserts instead of the concrete directly, breakage or spalling of the slab edge is reduced. Studs are then attached to a stud attachment plate extending from the track, such that thereafter, a wall or façade may be attached to the track that overlays the uneven slab edge.

    • A lift and support structure is provided for a lawn tractor which includes a frame with a center lift member secured to and separating a pair of wheel support members. Ramps are secured to the wheel support members to permit the front or rear wheels of the lawn tractor to be rolled onto or off of the lift and support structure. The center lift member is elevated above the wheel support members to permit a floor jack or other lifting mechanisms to be placed under the lift and support structure. A pair of support legs may be locked in a raised position to support the lawn tractor for safe and easy access to the underneath side of the tractor, and may be pivoted or folded to the side when the lift and support structure is in a lowered position.

    • A multi-tiered system of leveller units for the levelling of recreational vehicles. The leveller units each comprise a planar body, with upper and lower surfaces circumscribed by edges. The body of each unit bears a plurality of pins upwardly extending from spaced locations in the upper surface and has a plurality of pin-engaging pockets formed in the lower surface to matably receive corresponding pins of other similar units. The pins are of slightly smaller size than the corresponding pockets so that when the pins of one unit are associated with the pockets of another, there is provided a loose engagement therebetween. The body may be formed of a discontinuous webbing providing light-weight strength and support to the units to support the large loads placed thereupon.

    • The floor under a chemical dump site is formed from a plurality of floor elements sealed with respect to each other by grouting material. Each floor element includes a male rib on one side and a female groove on the other side. The male rib has a dovetail geometry which is complementary to the geometry of the female groove. The male and female parts are adapted to mate and lock when the male rib slides longitudinally into the female groove thereby locking adjacent floor members to each other. The floor members are driven one behind the other in a string under the dump site. The male rib of one string engages the female groove of the next adjacent string until a floor of interlocking element strings is formed. Each floor member includes a hollow central channel running from end to end and a plurality of smaller apertures communicating the central channel with the vicinity of the male/female connection. Grouting material under pressure pumped into the central channel passes out through the apertures and into the vicinity of the male/female connection thereby sealing adjacent elements with respect to each other and forming a liquid impervious floor under the dump site. The same technique can be used to form a wall around the periphery of the site.

    • A leveling device for recreational vehicles such as campers, trailers and the like, wherein the device is positioned under a wheel of the particular vehicle so as to level the vehicle to a horizontal plane while it is parked. The device is formed having a base structure defining a recess to receive a support-platform structure and a hydraulic jack when the device is in a collapsed storage mode. The base structure includes an inclined ramp whereby the wheel of the vehicle is allowed to be positioned on the support platform, so as to be raised by the jack to the proper height in order to level the vehicle. The device includes a safety locking mechanism whereby the platform is prevented from collapsing if the jack malfunctions.
