摘要： Particular techniques involve a device for wetting multiple threads with a fluid, and a dosing pump which is connected to the wetting means by multiple conveying lines. The dosing pump has multiple conveying means for generating multiple dosing flows of the fluid and has multiple pump outlets, to which the delivery lines are connected. The conveying means are formed by at least one planetary gear set arranged between housing plates. To achieve, as far as possible, a uniform throughflow without a significant dead space volume, multiple planet gears of the planetary gear set are guided freely by a centering plate between adjacent housing plates. The planet gears of the planetary gear set have in each case one passage opening, which are connected by a channel system to a central pump inlet. It is thus possible to realize close fits and flushing of gaps.

The dyeing device includes a magnetic dyeing shaft and a dye mixing chamber connected to the magnetic dyeing shaft. The magnetic dyeing shaft is configured to make a fiber product wind thereon, and the dye mixing chamber is configured to store dye, and the dye mixing chamber is adapted to let the fluid in the high pressure space flow through. A dyeing apparatus including the dyeing device is also provided.

摘要： In conjunction with a heat-set apparatus for carpet yarns which incorporates a plenum chamber having a porous upper surface in combination with a forced draft system for recirculating the heating medium throughout the length of the heat-set chamber, an improved design of the plenum chamber and the distribution of the medium to compensate for a temperature gradient which has heretofore existed in the heat-set chamber resulting from the introduction of cooled yarn into the chamber. Such temperature gradient has been the cause of dye streaking which occurs when the yarn is subjected to relatively cooler temperature adjacent to the entrance to the heat-set chamber when the machine is stopped.

摘要： Textile fiber material is dyed particularly quickly, uniformly, and gently by evacuating it unitl dry in a treatment vat, whereupon the dyeing liquor is introduced into the vat, avoiding any initial condensation in the fibrous material. This is achieved by introducing the dyeing liquor at a low temperature in harmony with the vacuum or by preheating the fibrous material to the necessary degree. After having been introduced, the dyeing liquor is subjected to slight excess pressure and caused to act on the fibrous material which, subsequently, is dried in the vat.

摘要： Systems, methods, and devices are described that dispense microdroplets of dye onto individual filaments or fibers and infuse them into the interior of such filaments and/or fibers in a highly controlled manner. Control of dye dispensing permits changing the dye applied to a fiber during a dyeing operation, and supports the generation of patterns in woven products via the dyeing process. The resulting systems and methods require much less water and generate much less waste than conventional dyeing processes.

The nonmetallic element has an arcuate, external surface that is provided with a plurality of spaced openings formed in the nonmetallic element and which are in communication with an enclosure within the tubular body. Liquid additive is supplied to the enclosure and is transferred to the arcuate, external surface via the plurality of spaced openings for application to the multifilament tow as it contacts the arcuate, external surface of the nonmetallic element.
