摘要： A multi-lift point elevator includes a lifting frame for elevating a plane. The lifting frame includes lift stanchions with telescoping tubes controlled by bias connectors extending into the telescoping tubes from leaf springs connected to the lifting frame. The leaf springs are activated by a connector extension, which urges the leaf springs away from the lift stanchions to release the bias connectors from the telescoping tubes to cause the telescoping tubes to extend or retract as a jack elevates or lowers the plane.

摘要： A multistage wedge-shaped jack apparatus is provided for jacking up and maintaining a heavy structure for mounting and replacing bearing units interposed between the heavy structure and a lower base while considerably increasing the jack amount without increasing the overall length of the apparatus. A wedge-shaped drive member (1) and a wedge-shaped pressure receiving member (2) are laminated on a base plate (3) and brought into contact with each other with the respective slant surfaces (11) and (21). A push/pull drive device (6) is provided in cooperation with a reactive force receiving device (5) for limiting a movement of the wedge-shaped pressure receiving member. A single or a plurality of auxiliary wedge-shaped members (7) are provided to the wedge-shaped drive member to be detachably coupled with each other in order. Each auxiliary wedge-shaped member has a shorter length than a stroke length of the push/pull drive device and has a slant surface (11) at the same slant angle as that of the slant surface of the wedge-shaped drive member. The slant surfaces are continuous between the wedge-shaped drive member or the front stage wedge-shaped member and the rear stage wedge-shaped member. A drive rod (71) of the push/pull drive device and the wedge-shaped drive member/each auxiliary wedge-shaped member are detachably coupled with each other. A temporary engagement device (8) is provided for limiting a movement of the wedge-shaped drive member and the auxiliary wedge-shaped member after the jack-up operation.

摘要： The present invention is directed to a device for positioning planks or other articles which are to be set on a framework. The invention includes a platform having feet to stabilize the platform with respect to the framework. A connecting rod, a guide brace and a platen are all pivotally attached to the platform. The connecting rod has a proximal and distal end. The distal end of the connecting rod is attached to an end of the guide brace as well as the platen. The opposite end of the guide brace is pivotally attached to the platform. The proximal end of the connecting rod is pivotally attached to a handle assembly which in turn is pivotally connected to the platform. A rotational torque applied to the handle is transmitted by the handle assembly to the connecting rod which in turn causes the platen to apply a force to the plank or other article to be bent. An optional anti-reverse mechanism is pivotally attached to the platform and is biased into engagement with the connecting rod so that the connecting rod can be held in place and the handle assembly released when the plank or other article is to be set.

摘要： A dual wheel puller/dolly is provided and consists of a pair of mobile elongated frame members with an elongated rod extending transversely therebetween and a jack mechanism cooperative with the rod. An elongated roller is rotatively mounted onto the top of each frame member to engage with a pair of large heavy motor vehicle wheels. When the jack mechanism is operated the large heavy wheels will be lifted upwardly to be moved about. One of the elongated frame members can also be used with other components, such as a pair of chains and a socket, as a wheel hub puller so as to facilitate the removal of a wheel bearing therefrom.
