摘要： A vehicle lift comprising a vertically-orientated column and a pair of swing arms vertically-shiftable with respect to the post. The swing arms are configured to rotate with respect to the column. The vehicle lift additionally includes a sensor associated with each swing arm. Each sensor is configured to obtain information related to its respective swing arm. Each sensor is also associated with a radio-frequency identification (RFID) tag, with the RFID tag being configured to provide power to its respective sensor. The vehicle lift further includes a system controller in communication with the sensors and configured to control the vehicle lift based on the information obtained by the sensors.

摘要： Whilst prior art solutions have been proposed to address the problem of lifting mattresses etc. whilst making the bed with the sheets these employ solid implements, which either interfere with the bed making process and must be removed post-use, or involve expensive machinery to inflate and lift the upper bedding component. Beneficially, the invention provides for a means of gaining a mechanical advantage in making the lift in a device that could in different instances be left in-situ, form part of the lower or upper bedding component, and support disguise through enclosure in fabrics matching bedding with low cost and ease of use. It would be further beneficial for the opening mechanism to be reliable enough that it reliably deploys fully when used by even the frailest of individuals.

摘要： A jack for raising of an exposed hub or axle of an off-road vehicle is provided. The jack has an elongated base member including an upper end and a foot portion with the upper end including a pivot attachment area. An articulating over center arm assembly is pivotably attached at the pivot attachment area of the elongated base member. The assembly includes an offset over-center arm portion with a leverage handle on a first end and a pivoting adjustable strap portion on a second end. When the strap is attached to the axle or suspension member of a hub or axle the handle may be lowered and the base pivots wherein the strap end is moved upward and temporarily secured in the up position at full actuation of the handle for raising of the wheel for removal of the wheel.

An actuator group is connected to the wheel support in order to actuate the lifting and lowering thereof. A control unit is operationally connected to the actuator group in order to control the actuation. A lifting sensor member is provided to detect the height of the wheel support. At least one actuation instruction brings about the actuation of the actuator group in order to lift the wheel support from a lowered rest position to a predetermined lifting position, which is detected by the lifting sensor member.

摘要： A long travel lift system, apparatus, and method enables users to raise a structural cap from a structural bottom for creating a fillable space between the structural cap and structural bottom for receiving a second, cap-supporting construction intermediate the structural cap and structural bottom. The long travel lift system incorporates a series lift apparatuses, each of which include a telescopic tube construction and winch assembly for imparting a lift force to an inner tube of the telescopic tube construction for extending the inner tube relative to an outer tube. The load lifting force is transmitted to the inner tube from the winch assembly via a pulley assembly and lengthwise slot formed in the outer tube of the tube construction. The outer tube is reinforced with various structures in view of the slot formation. The winch assembly is outfitted with a transmission for enhancing rotational speed of the winch assembly.
