摘要： Provided is an apparatus for preparing an aerogel blanket, the apparatus comprising: a bobbin around which a blanket is wound; a body provided with a gelling tank in which the bobbin is accommodated; a driving member configured to allow the bobbin accommodated in the gelling tank to rotate; and a silica sol supply member configured to gelate the blanket as silica sol is injected into the gelling tank to impregnate the blanket rotating by the bobbin.

摘要： A molding head is especially adapted for vacuum molding or forming of structures and, in particular fibrous composite structures using recycled carbon fiber, in an adjustable, controllable three dimensional orientation before, during and after molding. Such a molding head includes a mold plate with narrow slots in the mold surface thereof and wider channels in the back surface thereof, with such slots and channels intersecting one another. A control system of servomotors or other actuators permits movement and orientation of the mold head during forming, thereby creating the ability to vary the material properties based on gravity and particle or suspension grain, thickness and other now controllable properties.

摘要： A method of manufacturing disposable, single-use lipstick samplers by means of a dipping process. In a preferred form, a reservoir containing molten lipstick wax material is provided, and a spindle which is disposed above the reservoir is advanceable toward and retractable away from the reservoir. A plastic cup-shaped form having an apertured tip is applied to the spindle, which is thereafter advanced so as to submerge the tip of the form into the molten liquid wax material. The spindle and coated form are then removed from the reservoir, and a vacuum is applied through the spindle to the aperture of the tip of the form, so as to draw lipstick wax material therefrom and into the interior of the spindle. The form is allowed to cool so as to solidify the wax, and thereafter is fitted with a cover, removed, and suitably packaged.
