摘要： The present disclosure provides a mold for molding a polyurethane condom, and methods for manufacturing and using the mold. The mold (200) has a surface roughness of 0.2 or less, is formed from a thermoplastic polymer having a surface tension of 10-35 mN/m. The mold (200) for molding a polyurethane condom is prepared by injection molding the thermoplastic polymer. When the mold (200) is used, the mold (200) is hung vertically and dipped in an emulsion containing a polyurethane resin to obtain a dipped mold (200), then the dipped mold (200) is removed and dried to form a polyurethane film on its surface, and then demolded to obtain a polyurethane condom (100). The condom formed by the mold (200) is thin and has excellent flexibility and strength, satisfying the market demand for the product.

摘要： A method for manufacturing an optical recording medium is provided, which can suppress the amount of eccentricity of a central hole to be small and can form a light transmitting layer with a uniform thickness even in a region around the central hole. In this manufacturing method, a manufacturing hole having a smaller inner diameter than that of the central hole is formed in a substrate. A core member is fitted into the manufacturing hole to be in close contact with the inner circumference of the manufacturing hole. A light transmitting layer is spread over an information recording surface of the substrate by supplying radiation curable resin in a region around the core member and rotating the substrate. Then, the light transmitting layer is cured by irradiation of radiation, and the core member is removed from the manufacturing hole. Thereafter the central hole is formed.

摘要： A mold used to form a latex lid for covering a beverage cup includes a body having a top forming face and a side forming face extending around and turning downward from the top forming face, a stubby projection which has a rounded surface, provided on the top forming face, a shallow recessed fink provided in the top forming face around the stubbing projection. In forming the latex lid, the stubby projection creates a thinned area in the latex lid which facilitates the insertion of a straw, and the shallow recessed sink provides a thickened reinforcing ring around the thinned area. A blind hole may be provided in the stubby projection to create an internal bursting force which can produce a hole in the thinned area.
