摘要： A drive assembly for portable, hand-held, battery powered tools is provided. The tool may be configured as a crimping tool, a cutting tool or other type of tool. The tool has an in-line handle assembly and a working head assembly. The drive assembly includes a drive assembly housing, a gear assembly, a lead drive shaft and a bearing system. The gear assembly is a multi-stage gear assembly having an input tier and an output tier. The input tier is operatively connected to a motor and the output tier is connected to a lead drive shaft. The lead drive shaft has a proximal end extending into a distal end portion of the drive assembly housing. The bearing system is positioned within the drive assembly housing adjacent the output tier of the gear assembly. The bearing system is interactive with the lead drive shaft enabling the drive assembly to withstand radial and axial loads as the lead drive shaft is rotated during an operation of the tool.

摘要： An impact power tool includes a transmission output shaft, a rotary impact assembly with a cam shaft, hammer, and anvil, and a tool output shaft rotatable with the anvil. A coupler removably couples the cam shaft to the transmission output shaft. When torque on the tool output shaft is less than or equal to a first threshold, the transmission output shaft, cam shaft, hammer, and anvil rotate together to transmit torque to the tool output shaft. When torque on the tool output shaft is above the first threshold, the hammer moves along the cam shaft away from the anvil by a first distance and applies rotary impacts to the anvil. When the hammer moves along the cam shaft away from the anvil by a second distance greater than the first distance, the coupler decouples the transmission output shaft from the cam shaft, interrupting torque transmission to the tool output shaft.

摘要： A power tool includes a shaft locking assembly and an electric motor. The shaft locking assembly includes a first state where a chuck is restrained from rotating and a second state where the chuck is released to rotate. The shaft locking assembly includes multiple locking portions and an execution portion. The multiple locking portions are formed on or connected to a drive shaft or the chuck. The execution portion is optionally engaged with at least one locking portion. When the execution portion moves to a first position, the execution portion is engaged with the at least one locking portion such that the shaft locking assembly is in the first state. The electric motor includes a stop state where the first position is in the at least one locking portion when the electric motor stops.
