摘要： A workstation and method for the installation of a pulling head assembly onto one or more conductors of a cabling system are provided. The workstation incorporates one or more of: a conductor clamp that holds the conductors of the cabling system in place during the installation of the pulling head assembly; a cutting guide having indicia marks that indicate the lengths to which to cut the conductors in order to achieve a staggered pattern of pulling eyes attached to the conductors in the pulling head assembly; a stripping tool that is used to remove a portion of the insulation from the terminal end of each conductor so that the end of the conductor may be inserted into the pulling eye; and a crimping tool that is used to crimp the pulling eyes onto the terminal ends of each of the conductors.

摘要： A support frame for assembling a combustion module for a gas turbine includes a base plate disposed at a bottom end of the support frame and a support plate that is vertically separated from the base plate by one or more vertical support members. The support plate defines an opening that is sized to allow a portion of the combustion module to pass therethrough. A support block extends vertically from the base plate towards the support plate where the support block defines one or more fastener holes for connecting an aft end of a combustion liner of the combustion module to the support block. A central support column extends vertically from the base plate towards the support plate. A horizontal support extends radially outward from the central support column to align the combustion liner with the opening in the support plate.

摘要： A roller hemming processing apparatus adapted to perform a hemming processing has a hemming die, on which a panel-like workpiece having a hemming flange portion on a periphery portion thereof, is positioned and supported, a roller hemming processing tool that is moved along a longitudinal direction of the hemming flange portion to bend the hemming flange portion at a root portion thereof while pressing the hemming flange portion toward the hemming die, and a nesting block disposed at a part of the periphery of the hemming die. The nesting block performs positioning of the workpiece by being brought into contact with the root portion of the hemming flange portion with which the workpiece is formed. The nesting block is elastically supported to be retractable in the pressing direction and to be swingably displaceable in the longitudinal direction of the hemming flange portion.

摘要： A device and method for holding a bit for a tool. The holding device, which is secured to a support surface, includes a housing having a base, a first leg and a second leg. A slot is defined between the first and second legs and the shank of the bit is received through one of a plurality of differently dimensioned apertures defined along the slot between the first and second legs. An adjustment assembly is engaged with the first and second legs and is movable to a first position to clamp the shank in the selected aperture; and is movable to a second position to release the shank. When the adjustment assembly is moved from the second position to the first position, a free end of the second leg bends toward the first leg, thereby reducing the diameter of the aperture within which the shank is received.
