摘要： Certain embodiments described herein are directed to devices which can be used to safely secure two or more workpieces to each other, e.g., to secure a cabinet face frame to a cabinet frame. In some examples, the device comprises a base configured to engage a first surface of the first workpiece and to receive an attachment device. The base can also be configured to engage a first surface of a second workpiece. The device may also comprise piston means configured to engage the second workpiece at a second surface. The device may comprise one or more plungers that can be used to actuate the attachment device to permit fastening of the workpieces once properly arranged. Methods of using the device are also described.

摘要： A screw installation aid holds and aligns a screw in an inclined screw axis relative to the component to be screwed. At least one screw guide receives the screw in the inclined screw axis, and a screwing tool advances through an opening to the screw head coaxially to the screw axis, to install the screw in the component in its inclined position. The screw installation aid encompasses a telescopic cross-member including at least two support segments adjustable coaxially to one another, the undersides of which facing the component form a level and, before adaptation to the component, continuous support surface, each of the undersides bearing one of the clamping blocks. The clamping blocks can be positioned from a closing to an opening position against the resistance of a spring device between both support segments and a screw guide is enclosed in at least one of the support segments.

摘要： An apparatus for aligning sections of pipe includes a first clamp member and a second clamp member coupled with the first clamp member. The first and second clamp members each include a first clamp jaw and a second clamp jaw longitudinally spaced from the first clamp jaw. Each one of a first plurality of turnbuckle assemblies is coupled with each one of the first and second clamp jaws of the first clamp member, and each one of a second plurality of turnbuckle assemblies is coupled with each one of the first and second clamp jaws of the second clamp member. An assembly made from a kit of components is also disclosed. The kit includes an apparatus for aligning sections of pipe, and a plurality of shoe inserts. The assembly includes the apparatus and at least two of the shoe inserts coupled with the apparatus.

摘要： The present disclosure provides a flexible clamping device, which is composed of a housing, a shaft I, a sleeve I, a cylinder, a connector, a shaft II, a clamping spring, a protective pad, a pressure block, a shaft III, a sleeve II and a bottom plate. The bottom plate is provided with two steps on which wheels having different sizes are fixed respectively. When the large-sized wheel is put on the bottom step, the cylinder drives the connector to move right in a plane, the protective pad on the pressure block presses the hub of the wheel, and the function of compacting the large-sized wheel is thus realized; when the small-sized wheel is put on the bottom step, the cylinder drives the connector to continuously move right in the plane, the protective pad on the pressure block presses the hub of the wheel, and the function of compacting the small-sized wheel is thus realized. The flexible clamping device in use can meet the requirement of mixed-line high precision clamping in the wheel burr brushing process, has the characteristics of ideal effect, high efficiency, safety and reliability in work and high degree of automation, and is particularly suitable for batch production on production lines.

摘要： An ergonomic front fork service tool for servicing front fork tubes of a motorcycle includes a long threaded screw engaged in a threaded housing with a swivel foot at the bottom end and a large hand knob at the top end. The threaded housing is attached to a swinging arm attached to a vertical rod support. A base bar has a hollow tube attached at a right angle a distance away from its distal end, which receives and supports the vertical rod while permitting both swinging of the arm and vertical adjustment. The position between the rod and tube is locked by fasteners threaded transversally in the top wall of the tube. A portion of the base bar is used to support the service tool in a bench vise, or to fasten to a work bench, and two swinging gate clamps engage two front fork tubes and rigidly attach them during service to the bench top vertically.

摘要： A welding clamp system using a fixture plate with a bulkhead that allows the clamp system to be coupled to a robotic arm. The robotic arm supplies air and electricity through pneumatic and electrical ports, enabling operation of the clamp system. The air is routed to pneumatic cylinders, which power a pneumatic clamp mechanism that moves sliding clamp fixtures along tracks. The sliding clamp fixtures press a work piece against immobile clamp fixtures, allowing a work piece to be secured and held during welding. Presence of a work piece is detected by proximity sensors which are mounted into the fixture. The clamp system allows a robotic arm to grab a work piece from a supply area, initiate and complete welding of the work piece, and then release the work piece onto a discharge station for removal of the completed work piece.

The adjustable repair and build-up stand is horizontally attached to the undersurfaces of the horizontal members of the fold-out stand, thereby minimizing workspace required in a typical auto body repair shop or other repair facility. A technician may clamp a workpiece to adjustable telescoping arms or a pair of swing arms, all integral to the repair and build-up stand, therefore enabling the stabilization and positioning required for repair of a damaged part or installation of necessary components to a part. Other shop work may be performed atop the fold-out stand since the repair and build-up stand is permanently located underneath the fold-out stand.
