摘要： An enclosure for an electronic system that is configured to act as a heat exchanger to remove heat from a cooling liquid that is circulated through the electronic system for cooling the electronic components thereof which are submerged in the cooling liquid in direct contact therewith. The enclosure uses an arrangement of a combination of external fins on one or more walls and fluid passages formed in one or more of the walls through which the cooling liquid is circulated for cooling. The fluid passages and the external fins are preferably formed on the same wall. The fins and the fluid passages can be formed on any number of walls of the enclosure.

摘要： Tamper-proof electronic packages and fabrication methods are provided including an enclosure enclosing, at least in part, at least one electronic component within a secure volume, a two-phase dielectric fluid within the secure volume, and a tamper-respondent detector. The tamper-respondent detector monitors, at least in part, temperature and pressure of the two-phase dielectric fluid. In operation, the two-phase dielectric fluid deviates from an established saturation line of the two-phase dielectric fluid within the secure volume with an intrusion event into the secure volume, and the tamper-respondent detector detects, from the monitoring of the temperature and pressure of the two-phase dielectric fluid, the deviation from the established saturation line, and thereby occurrence of the intrusion event.

摘要： A liquid submersion cooling system that is suitable for cooling a number of electronic devices in parallel using a plurality of cases connected to a rack system. The system cools heat-generating components in server computers and other devices that use electronic, heat-generating components and are connected in parallel systems. The system includes a housing having an interior space, a dielectric cooling liquid in the interior space, a heat-generating electronic component disposed within the space and submerged in the dielectric cooling liquid. The rack system contains a manifold system to engage and allow liquid transfer for multiple cases and IO connectors to engage electrically with multiple cases/electronic devices. The rack system can be connected to a pump system for pumping the liquid into and out of the rack, to and from external heat exchangers, heat pumps, or other thermal dissipation/recovery devices.

摘要： A subsea converter includes an outer housing, configured to be in contact with the subsea water when the converter is installed subsea, and an inner housing provided inside the outer housing. The inner housing is fluid tight sealed against the outer housing. Further, at least one first electric component is located inside the outer housing but outside the inner housing. The outer housing is filled with a first dielectric fluid and at least one capacitor is located inside the inner housing. Finally, the inner housing is filled with a second dielectric fluid, the second dielectric fluid having a lower moisture content than the first dielectric fluid.

The apparatus further includes a spring coupled to the housing over the spring aperture, with the spring having a deflection portion and a feedthrough aperture. 摘要： A system and method for cooling electronic devices disposed with a volume of a fluid-tight sealed enclosure. Thermally conductive fluids that fill one or more volumes of said sealed enclosure may be circulated away from said sealed enclosure to an external heat exchange mechanism. The volume of the sealed container contains one or more single phase or multi-phase thermally conductive fluids and may contain solid or sealed hollow structures that conform to or occupy space between said electronic devices. Pressure balancing mechanisms are included to maintain suitable pressure of gaseous fluid in a volume of the sealed container.
